Objective:To assessment the single-row suture techniques of artnroscopic rotator cuff repair, and its clinicle effect. Methods:From February 2012 to May 2014, Select from the surgery in 40 routine Arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery patients of the Orthopedic sports injuries and arthroscopic ward in anhui Medical University,40 cases have received postoperative follow-up. There were 22 males and 18 females, aged 37-78 years (mean age 54 years) and right rotator cuff injury in 29 cases,11 cases left side. According to Gerber typing, where small and medium sized rotator cuff injury in 37 cases,3 cases of giant rotator cuff injury. Surgical suture anchors are made of metal single-row rotator cuff repair suture technique, using the American Shoulder and Elbow Medical Association score(ASES), Constant-Murley United States score and the University of California, UCLA shoulder score standard[1] to preoperative and postoperative functional assessment. Results:The patients were 40 cases were followed up for 6-31 months (average 17.3 months), ASES score:40 patients before surgery an average of 71.9, after an average of 93.6 (P<0.001), which VAS The mean preoperative pain score was 6.9, after an average of 1.7 (P<0.001), on the shoulder before the move mean preoperative flexion was 76.4, after an average of 145.6 (P<0.001), external rotation before surgery averaged 24.3°, after an average of 37.8° (P<0.01). ASES score accounted for 92.5% excellent (37/40).Constant-Murley score before surgery to 67.4, after an average of 87.6, Constant-Murley score excellent 90% (36/40). Former UCLA mean preoperative score was 15.1, after an average of 31.2 (P<0.01), UCLA score accounted for 92.5% excellent. Conclusions:The single-row suture techniques of artnroscopic rotator cuff repair better effect, surgery can effectively reduce or even avoid neurovascular injury. Small trauma, quicker recovery after the operative, compared with traditional open surgery is easier to accept, and fewer surgical complications, effective protection to maintain stability of the shoulder joint capsule , muscle and other tissues.
