Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Menorrhagia Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome With Shen Fu Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shen Fu Decoction in treating menorrhagia due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.To clarify the clinical curative effect of the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment.Methods: The clinical research methods of Parallel random control was followed in this study.The qi deficiency and blood stasis menstrual excessive Patients,which can meet the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into treatment group(56 cases)and control group(54 cases),2 cases of loss,the actual completion of the treatment group(54 cases)and the control group(54 cases),respectively in the period the third day oral Ginseng Decoction(treatment group)and Gongxueting granules(control group)for 5 consecutive days,for the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles.The two groups of Patients before and after the treatment of menstruation and related clinical symptoms score,hemoglobin,endometrial thickness,serum estradiol,serum progesterone changes and adverse reactions in the course of medication were observed and record.Finally the results were statistical analysis.Results: The two groups before and after treatment were compared through the main curative indexes,which were composed of menstrual syndrome score,systemic symptom scores,total symptom scores,P<0.01,the significant difference was statistically significant.The examination indexes were made up of endometrial thickness,serum E2,serum P,P>0.05,which has no statistical significance;the hemoglobin(Hb)values,P<0.05,which has statistical significance.The two groups after treatment was compared.The total efficacy rate of the treatment group was 92.59%,while the total effective rate of control group was 79.63%.P>0.05,which has statistical significance.The Primary efficacy outcome measure were consists of menstrual Period menstrual volume?menstrual quality score?total syndrome score.The result P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.systemic symptom scores P>0.05,no statistical significance,but the lower abdomen pain,dry mouth to drink not a single syndrome integral comparison P<0.05,with statistical significance;the examination indexes: endometrial thickness,serum E2,serum P,P>0.05,no statistical significance;the value of Hb compared to P<0.05,with statistical significance.No adverse reactions were observed in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion(s): For the qi deficiency and blood stasis type menorrhagia Patients,Ginseng Decoction can restore menstruation,improve TCM symptoms better,significantly reduce the syndrome credits,increase hemoglobin values.In addition,no obvious side effects and adverse reactions was found in Ginseng Decoction,which indicate the decoction is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
