The Clinical Research Of The Modified Taste Of Taohong Siwu On The Treatment Of Moderate And Severe (Phlegm And Stasis Type) Acne

Objective: To explore the difference in adverse reaction and recurrence rate between the two patients with moderate and severe(phlegm and blood stasis)acne,and explore the new method of treating acne vulgaris with traditional Chinese medicine by comparing the clinical curative effect of the modified taste of Tao Hong Siwu Decoction and Viaminate Capsules in the treatment of moderate to severe(phlegm and stasis type)acne.Methods: A total of 62 patients were included in this study,which were divided into 62 patients in the western medicine control group and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,with 31 cases in each group;the western medicine control group was given Viaminate Capsules,the Chinese medicine treatment group was given the flavored peach red four substances,and the 2 groups were used for the Fusidic Acid Cream.The 2 groups were treated for 6 weeks and once a week.Before the treatment,the total scores and adverse reactions of the patients' skin lesions and clinical syndromes were recorded after 2,4 and 6 weeks,and the recurrence was observed at one month after the study.All the data obtained were analyzed by SPSS 21 software?Results:(1)the treatment group recovered 4 cases,effective 15 cases,effective 9 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total effective rate was 90.32%,the western medicine control group cured 2 cases,7 cases,effective 12 cases,9 cases of invalid,total effective rate 70%.The total effective rate of 2 group was tested by chi square,the treatment effect of P<0.05,2 group was obviously different.The treatment effect of Chinese medicine treatment group is better than that of Western medicine control group.(2)in the treatment group of Chinese medicine,there were 19 cases of cured and effective patients,2 cases recurred,the recurrence rate was 10.53%.There were 9 cases in the western medicine control group and 4 cases with recurrence,the recurrence rate was 44.44%.The recurrence rate of 2 groups was detected by chi square,P<0.05.had statistical difference,so the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.(3)a total of 3 patients in the treatment group had mild adverse reactions,and 10 cases in the control group had mild adverse reactions.The adverse events of this study were examined by chi square,and the incidence of adverse events in group P<0.05.2 was statistically different.The rate of adverse reaction in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion: The curative effect of The modified taste of Tao Hong Siwu Decoction is better than that of Viaminate Capsules in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and its recurrence rate and adverse reaction are also lower than that of Viaminate Capsules.It is worth popularizing in clinical.
