The Cinical Study Of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction On Diabetic Peirpheral Neuropathy

Objective： Putting forward Yin-blood deficiency and blood stasis were the basicpathogenesis,Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction was the effective decoction to treatDiabetic Peripheral Neuropathy （DPN）,and offered effective proof by cinicalobservations． Method：60patients choosed according to the diagnose standards wererandomly divided into treatment group and control group． It was inspected that motorsymptoms,sensory symptoms, nerve conduction velocity and skin sympathetic reflection ofpatients． Results： The clinical research showed that the total effectie rata of treatmentgroup was86.67%and control groupwas70.00%（P＜0.05）．Conclusion：These resultssuggested that Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction was valid to treate the patients withDPN． The research offered effective way to treat patients with DPN．...
