Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction on relieving postoperative pain of anal fistula through a randomized, controlled and double-blind trial.Methods:Each of60patients were given a serial number.30bags of test drug and control drug(each bag contains14small bags) were packed confidentiality,and they were recorded the serial number.1day after surgery, patients used drug washing their ass, for15minutes. The doctor recorded the following contents:1,2,3,7days of pain score, micturition obstacle grading, edema scores, the duration of the pain and healing time. When the test was completed,the password was unlock and statistical processing results.Results:Compared with the control group, the treatment group had no difference in pain scores on the first day (p>0.05), but on the next day its pain scores was better than that of control group (p<0.05).On the third day and on the seventh day,the postoperative pain score of the treatment was much better than control group (p<0.01).The test group was better than the control group in the duration of pain and micturition obstacles (p<0.05) too.But there was no difference in the healing time and the degree of edema (p>0.05).Neither of two groups appeared adverse reactions in the treatment of severe adverse reactions.Conclusion:Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction has a good clinical efficacy in fistula postoperative pain.It can reduce the level of pain after operation,shorten the time of pain and reduce postoperative complications.Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction also has less adverse reactions, it is very safe,effective, and can be used for clinical purposes. |
