Objective:Through the analysis of the correlation between colon polyps and colon cancer TCM syndromes and its influencing factors, the distribution of TCM syndromes in colon polyps and colon cancer was understood. The differences and associations between colon polyps and the distribution of colon cancer were summed up,and the main characteristics of the colon cancer polyposis were analyzed to provide a reference for the early clinical treatment of colon polyps and reduce the recurrence of colon polyps and cancer rate. Methods:A total of 673 patients, who go to the affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine because of colon polyps from January2008 to December 2009 in Department of Gastroenterology, have been collected.Than,a total of 321 patients who were alive and have improved case information were collected by telephone follow-up and 107 patients with colon cancer have been screened out.According by the"Syndrome Syndrome Scale"edited by Zhu Wenfeng and related literature in recent years to formulate the general information on patients with colon polyps, colon cancer,disease-related information,TCM symptoms, and syndrome statistics and than recording the patient's onset age, gender, clinical symptoms, polyp distribution, surface morphology, pathological types, and cancer information in detail.Using EXCEL tables to establish a database, using statistical software for statistical analysis, summarized the characteristics of the most susceptible to colon polyposis cancer.Results:1?Among the 321 cases of colon polyps collected,214 were male,65 were cancerous,30%were cancerous,107 were female,42 were cancerous, and 39%were cancerous. This indicates that the incidence of colonic polyps is higher than that of females, but canceration occurs.Rates are significantly higher for women than for men.Patients with polyposis who had a>30-year polymorphism had the highest number of 105 patients;smoking history had a cancer incidence rate of 35%>no smokers;those with a history of drinking were 35.6%>those with no history of smoking;and those with a body mass index of>28 had cancer rates. The highest was60%;the polyp disease course was highest in 5–10 years,52.3%.2?Wide-type polyposis cancer rate 63%,the highest;adenomatous polyp cancer rate of 42%,the highest.3?Patients with colon polyps and colon cancer were divided into disease-site syndromes and disease-inhibiting elements according to the syndrome differentiation scale.According to the frequency comparison, after excluding the frequency of<2%of the vasopressin, the disease-causing factors of the colon cancer polyps were mainly found.:Spleen(47.66%)>Intestine(26.80%)>Kidney(14.01%)>Liver(13.08%);Major pathogenic elements:wet(52.34%),heat 26.17%,qi deficiency(34.60%),sputum 15.00%),Qi stagnation(9.36%),Yang deficiency(11.21%),Yin deficiency(2.80%).4?The test shows that there is a significant difference between the colon cancer disease location and the virulence factor.Specifically, the disease is mainly in the spleen with wetness and qi deficiency. The diseased position is mainly in the intestine, and the diseased position in the liver is mainly qi stagnation. The diseased position is mainly in the kidney.5?After comparison,it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of syndromes between colon cancer and colon polyps. The location of colon cancer was significantly higher in the liver and kidney than in the non-cancerous polyps, but the spleen and intestine were more common in both sites;colon cancer was more common.Non-cancerous polyps increased in wetness and yang deficiency of virulence factors,qi stagnation, and phlegm decreased, and diseased sites increased in the liver and kidney;colon cancer disease was characterized by heat, humidity, and qi deficiency, while noncancerous polyps had qi stagnation,Embarrassment, heat, humidity, and qi deficiency are important.6?Tests showed that there was a significant difference between the history of alcohol and tobacco, body mass index, polyp disease course, and colon cancer.(P<0.05)There was no difference in sex, age,or polyps between morphology and pathological type and colon cancer.(P>0.05)Conclusion:The incidence of colon polyps was higher in men than in women, but cancer rates were higher in women than men;those with a history of alcohol and tobacco, the BMI>24,and a disease duration of 5-10 years were more likely to have cancer;wide-base type, adenomatous polyps were more likely to occur Carcinogenesis.1.The pathogenic elements of colorectal cancer are mainly spleen and intestine, and the pathogenic elements are mainly dampness, heat, and qi deficiency;and the diseased position is mainly in the spleen, while the diseased position is mainly in wet and heat. The patient's position in the liver is mainly qi stagnation, and the disease position is mainly in the kidney.2.Humidity,heat and qi deficiency are the key factors in promoting the cancerous transformation of colon polyps, and they are throughout the entire process of canceration. The spleen and intestine are the major diseases of colon cancer. It is necessar~1y to dialectically use the drugs to prevent spleen and dampness in the early stages of the discovery of intestinal polyps. To prevent polyposis.3.The history of tobacco and alcohol, body mass index, and polyp duration are important factors influencing the distribution of colon cancer.Clinically,in addition to dialectical treatment, colon cancer must be combined with clinical features.
