The Investigation On TCM Syndromes In Colon Polyposis And Correlation Factors

Objective: Investigation colon polyps in patients with TCM syndrome type,age,gender,lifestyle,body mass index,colon polyps under colonoscopy manifestations and pathologic type and the correlation of TCM syndrome types,provide a reference for colon polyps in patients with clinical dialectical treatment of TCM.Methods: Into the clinic in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital digestive department outpatient and inpatient,conform to the diagnostic standard of 196 patients with colon polyps,the questionnaire unified,scientific,TCM four diagnostic information collection,using SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,using chi-square test summary colon polyp patients with TCM syndrome type distribution and related factors.Result: 1,the general situation: male in 117 cases,accounting for 59.69%,female in79 cases,accounting for about 40.31%,the ratio of male to female is about 1.48:1.The youngest 17 years old,the oldest was 81 years old,the average age was(55.43±11.87),young group had 2 cases;35 cases of the young group;middle age group in62 cases,97 cases of the elderly group;diet to light diet spicy food accounted for31.62%,accounted for 23.98%,accounting for 27.04% of Feiganhouwei,cold food accounted for 8.16%,accounting for 9.18% of the other.There was no smoking history,accounting for 41.84%.In the history of drinking,the proportion of patients who did not drink was the most,accounting for 48.47%.The proportion of patients with normal body mass index.2.The results showed that: the predilection site of polyps was sigmoid colon;the size was mainly 0.5cm,and the morphology was mainly II,and the number was mainly in the single group.3,pathology:histopathological type,tubular adenoma;dysplasia degree distribution,adenomatous polyp with dysplasia group.4,TCM syndrome: mainly pink tongue,fat,scalloped tongue,Bo Huangtai,string pulse based.5,TCM syndrome type,the intestinal damp heat syndrome,followed by spleen deficiency syndrome,liver stagnation and blood stasis,blood deficiency and intestinal dryness,phlegm heat stagnation syndrome.6,TCM syndromes related research results: TCM syndromes and age,diet,drinking,polyps incidence,the number of polyps and pathological types have a certain relevance.Conclusion: 1,colorectal polyps in patients with TCM dialectical type of intestinal damp heat syndrome.2,large intestine polyps patients with TCM syndrome type of male with large intestine damp heat syndrome mainly,the female with spleen and stomach deficiency type,age group mainly in the elderly group.3,eating habits,smoking,drinking,body mass index and the occurrence of colorectal polyps.4.The number and incidence of polyps under endoscopy were related to TCM syndrome types.5.Pathological types and TCM syndromes have a certain relevance,inflammatory polyps to intestinal damp-heat syndrome,hyperplastic polyps to liver-based blood stasis syndrome,tubular adenoma to spleen and stomach Deficiency Syndrome is more common.
