| Objective:To investigate and analyze the nursing service demand and influencing factors of the elderly in Shihezi urban area,and to provide theoretical and practical basis for improving the demand for nursing service for the elderly.Method:1.Literature research method: arrange and collect policy documents and documents about nursing,pension and medical care.In order to understand the status of nursing service demand in pension institutions in the new situation of "combination of medical care" in China,the needs of nursing service for elderly people in Shihezi urban old-age institutions are discussed.2.Field survey method: using stratified random method to investigate 236 elderly people in five pension institutions in Shihezi city of Shihezi in March 2016 in July.3.Statistical analysis method: using EpiData 3.1 software for double entry of database,using SPSS 19 statistics software to organize and analyze the data,using single factor analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis,the test level is bilateral alpha =0.05.Result:1.The nursing service demand score of the elderly in Shihezi urban pension institutions is(98.07 +20.05).2.The factors affecting the nursing service demand of the elderly in Shihezi urban area are: the aid for the elderly,the time of living,the type of pension institutions and the charge of the pension institutions;3.The analysis of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the nursing service demand of the elderly in Shihezi urban district were the tool,the type of disease,the time of living,the charge,the visit frequency of relatives,the type of pension institution.Conclusion:1.The demand for nursing services of the elderly in Shihezi urban pension institutions is at a medium upper level.2.The factors affecting the nursing service demand of the elderly in Shihezi urban area are: the aid tool,the type of disease,the time of residence,the charge,the visit frequency of relatives,the type of the pension institution. |
