In the context of the harmonious development between city and countryside,the development of rural basic medical and health services has gradually attracted more social concern and policy research.The government and society put forward the idea that satisfying the basic medical needs of rural residents in the basic medical and health institutions and improving their satisfaction with the quality of rural medical and health services depends on raising the overall level of services.However,due to the urban and rural medical resources service is not balanced,the rural clinics generally face insufficient human resources,less technology and hysteretic treatment facilities.The treatment level and service quality of rural basic medical and health institution can not satisfy the needs of villagers and solve the difficulty of expensive medical treatment problem.The quality of rural basic medical and health services directly relates to the health level and vital interests of the vast rural patients.Strengthening the construction and management of rural basic medical and health institutions,and improving rural patient satisfaction with the quality of rural clinics is the the key link of continued development of rural medical and health services.This paper first studies the patient satisfaction theory and practical results of medical and health services proposed by domestic and foreign scholars.Based on the Quality of Care Monitors developed by Carey et.al.,the improved patient satisfaction questionnaire was developed through expert consultation and adjustment.The questionnaire suits the actual situation of rural basic medical and health services in Chang'an District of Xi'an.The investigation and analysis is divided into three dimensions,the first is the medical staffs' practice skills and quality,the second is the health service processes and effects,the third is the hospital treatment facilities and the environment.At the same time,according to the theoretical research on the patient satisfaction,and choose the influencing factors of rural basic medical and health institutions in Chang'an District.The influencing factors as a measurement of the specific project and form the patient satisfaction questionnaire.This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of rural basic medical and health services in Chang'an District by description statistic analysis,and analyzes the main factors which are influencing the evaluation of patient satisfaction by principal component analysis and multivariable linear regression analysis,thereby putting forward the targeted solutions to improve patient satisfaction.Through a survey of patient satisfaction we reveal the main factors that influence the evaluation of satisfaction.This paper draws experience from domestic and foreign scholars' research on rural basic medical and health services,and make a patient satisfaction survey combined with rural basic service in Chang'an District.At the end of the article,the paper puts forward the measures to improve the quality of rural basic medical and health services and patient satisfaction from three aspects:the first is the medical staffs' practice skills and quality,the second is the health service processes and effects,the third is the hospital treatment facilities and the environment.These measures will promote a harmonious development of China's rural basic medical and health services.
