The Survey On Townsman’ Satisfaction Of Community Health Services

Objective: On the basis of urban community health service in China and the researchstatus quo, research results at home and abroad for reference, formulate a set of scientific andpractical evaluation index system of urban residents’ satisfaction of community health service,and use the evaluation index system of residents in Zibo city community health servicesatisfaction survey, empirical research, the advantages and disadvantages of existing in Zibocity community health service work, determine the main factors influencing the communityhealth service, in order to further improve and enhance the quality of community healthservice.Methods: Using the analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation index systemof residents’ satisfaction in this study. Using multi-stage stratified random sampling method,extract three from Zibo area first, then a random sample from each district3communityhealth service centers, finally from nine community health service center, the residents in therandom survey of450people. With the method of field since the filling,421effectivequestionnaires were taken back; the effective rate was93.6%. Application of SPSS16.0descriptive statistics analysis, X2test, Logistic regression analysis.Results: Zibo city community health service residents’ overall satisfaction was82.0%.Thereinto,the five dimensions of satisfaction are namely:①the environment andfacilities of satisfaction was73.1%,②63.9%accessibility and continuity of the servicesatisfaction.③Quality of service (technology and idea) satisfaction79.7%,④staff serviceattitude satisfaction84.6%,⑤64.8%satisfaction diagnosis value. In the specific indicatorssatisfaction score, community doctors service attitude satisfaction score the highest (85.1%),drug price satisfaction score the lowest (55.6%). The factors influencing satisfaction basicallyhas the following five:①drug prices,②the internal environment, and③personal attention,④condition explanation,⑤diagnosis and treatment effect.Conclusion: Zibo city residents’ satisfaction of community health service is higher, butthere is still room for improvement, further reflects the problems in the scale according to theempirical study and shortage, should further improve the business quality of medical staff,strengthening the concept of community general practitioners clinical prevention, in particular, to strengthen health education work, improve the residents’ health records, promote andperfect the community the basic drug system, the implementation of differentiated service,meet the demand of residents multi-level medical and health care, so as to improve thesatisfaction of community residents. The government should strengthen the city communityhealth service manpower and material resources, financial and policy support.
