The Cross-sectional Investigation And Office Blood Pressure Control Analysis Of Elderly Hypertensive At Grade Two Hospital Of Chongqing

Objective: To know the epidemiological characteristics of elderly hypertensive and the control situation of elderly hypertensive patients' office blood pressure at grade two hospital of chongqing,and to provide theory evidence for scientifically improving elderly hypertensive patients' office blood pressure control rate.Methods:With the convenient sampling method,the survey time was from June to December 2015,and regard hypertension patients who went to the clinic at these 24 second-grade hospitals and who aged 60 and older as subjects,to conduct a cross-sectional survey,and analyze office blood pressure control situation.Result:Through investigation,some result of the elderly hypertension at grade two hospital of chongqing are as follows:the percent of BMI overweight or obese was 30.79 %,the percent of grade 3 hypertension was 74.15 %,high salt diet accounted for 80.7%,the rate of home blood pressure monitoring is 61.38%,the use rate of diuretics is 10%,the rate of combined drug use is 52.45% and the control rate of office blood pressure is 52.5%.Logistics regression analysis showed that occupational ? hypertension grades?coronary heart disease and home blood pressure monitoring are independent risk factors for the control rate of elderly hypertensive.Conclusion : The survey shows that the elderly hypertension in Chongqing two hospital have these characteristics:high salt diet,low home blood pressure monitoring rate,low diuretic usage rate and low combined medication rate.The investigation shows that patients engaging in brainwork?with the lower grade hypertension?combining with coronary heart disease have high blood pressure control rate,and home blood pressure up to the standard can improve the control rate of office blood pressure.
