ObjectivesDoctors are the core resources of medical and health APPs.Doctors' behavior will affect the efficiency and quality of medical health APP operations.Understand the use and attitudes of medical and health APP in doctors' groups;Grasp the current doctors' awareness of medical and health APPs;Investigate the functional requirements of doctors for medical and health APPs with different characteristics;Discuss the medical community's APP for health care Influencing factors of knowledge, attitudes and functional needs;summarizing and summarizing the development trend and countermeasures of China's health care APP.MethodsBased on relevant data, literature review, and topic group discussion,an alternative investigation project was formed.Through expert consultation and pre-survey,the questionnaire subject was comprehensively analyzed and screened to form the final surveyquestionnaire.Members of the research team distributed questionnaires on-site and recalled on-site,conducting in-depth interviews on key issues. In January-June 2017,a stratified random sampling method was used to select three tertiary hospitals in Chongqing;two grade hospitals;and one grade hospital surveyed a total of 500 practicing physicians.Descriptive statistical indicators were used to analyze the attitudes, awareness, and functional needs of doctors' groups for medical and health APPs.Data were analyzed using SPSS20.0 software.Count data are expressed in terms of rate or number of cases.Chi-square test is used for comparison between groups;±s is used for measurement data, and t-test is used for comparison between groups;P<0.05 is considered statistically significant. The influencing factors of attitude, cognitive level, and functional requirement were analyzed by single-factor chi-square test and binary logistic regression analysis.ResultsIn this study,a total of 535 questionnaires were distributed because they were distributed on-site and filled out on site,so the recovery rate was 100%.A total of 317 doctors(39.25%)in tertiary hospitals,168doctors(31.40%)in secondary hospitals, and 50 doctors(9.35%)in first class hospitals were investigated;22 to 34 years old and 287(53.64%)were investigated.,34 years old ~<45 years old 198(37.00%),45 years old ~ 60 years old 50(9.36%);Chongqing public hospital practitionersawareness of medical health APP is 74.39%(398/535),but Among them,197 were “heard of,but did not understand,” accounting for 48.74% of the total number of people who were known, and only 79 people “have a good understanding”,accounting for 19.85%.“Not knowing at all”accounted for 25.61%(137/535);the top three doctors who used medical health APP in the Chongqing Public Hospital were the clove garden, medication assistant, and medical literature;gender, age, hospital grade, education 133(24.86%)considered that the medical and health APP was "pseudo-scientific and had little practical effect";201(37.57%)considered that the medical and health APP had a certain effect. However, there are obviously inadequate designs;201 people(37.57%)believe that "convenient and rapid, very promising." Among them, the differences in hospital ranks and professional titles make the attitude of doctors in public hospitals in Chongqing different for medical and health APP;the function of APP The top four needs are "mobile rounds","succession and social platforms, remote diagnosis and treatment," and "internal OA."ConclusionsThe rate of awareness of medical and health APP among practicing doctors in public hospitals in Chongqing is high, but their awareness is low.Although the medical and health service model based on the mobile Internet can realize the process reengineering of the traditional service model, patients can obtain more autonomy and satisfaction through theAPP,but the “information asymmetry” in the entire health service process can only be weakened. Can not be completely eliminated, the role of the doctor as a "supplier" has not changed. Therefore, doctors' attitudes, willingness to use,and functional needs of APPs are crucial for the development and improvement of health care APPs and even their survival. At present,China's health care APP is more of a stay in the medical process reengineering. It involves less improvement in the work of doctors,so it can not be used for reference in daily work;Second,China's medical laws and regulations for doctors to practice through the Internet Not clear enough. The overall attitude of medical practitioners in public hospitals in Chongqing is positive, but it cannot be overlooked that nearly a quarter of doctors believe that APP has no application value and does not favor the development of APP in the medical and health field. The current medical and health APP has obvious design flaws and is not enough to meet the needs of doctors and patients. Therefore, the opinions of this group of people should be the focus of the attention of APP designers. The functional needs of the medical community for APP groups are more likely to be aided by their own work.Physicians with different ages, professional titles, and hospital ranks have different functional requirements for APPs.However, the proportion of “mobile wards”among doctors of different genders, educational backgrounds, age groups, job titles, and hospital ranks is very high. The “rounds out” at work is the content that doctors hope to replace by other forms of work.APP can use it as an important breakthrough point.
