| In order to better understand school adjustment status of the freshmen in medical university,the focus of this research investigated in grade 2016 of Chongqing Medical University freshman,understand its overall to adapt to the situation and adapt to the characteristics of all kinds of different groups,to work on the school freshman mental health counseling to provide scientific theoretical basis,but to a certain extent,improve the pertinence and effectiveness of counseling work.This research used the literature method,questionnaire survey method,to 286 of Chongqing medical university freshman school to adapt to the situation and influencing factors of professional investigation,and at the same time using the survey data were analyzed with statistics software SPSS 21.0 processing,in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data analysis.The results of this study indicate that:First,the 2016 class of Chongqing medical university has been well adjusted,but has a relatively poor performance in learning adaptation.Secondly,in addition to campus life adaptation,there are significant age differences in overall adaptation and several other dimensions,and the freshmen who are less than 18 years old are significantly better than those aged 18 and over.Third,the overall adaptation,adaptability and self adaptive dimension of profession,medical university freshmen in residence time for the first time for "university" to adapt to the score is significantly higher than for the first time in residence time for the "primary school","middle" and "high school" students.Fourth,in addition to the campus life to adapt to the dimensions,different professional medical university freshmen in general adaptation and the rest were no significant difference of several dimensions,rather than clinical medical freshmen adapt to campus life significantly better in clinical medicine.Fifth,only children and the one-child medical university freshmen in addition to the emotional adjustment dimension,the overall adaptation and the rest were no significant difference of several dimensions,the mood adaptation status of the freshmen in the one-child is significantly better than the one-child freshman.Sixth,the different sex,different students,different family’s permanent staff and monthly cost of living standard of medical university freshmen,in response to the overall situation and adapt to the situation of each dimension were no significant difference of performance.On the above investigation data,the results of investigation has carried on the analysis and research of objective truth,from the individual students and schools,families,such as external environment two aspects,combined with the particularity of the medical university of serious thinking,put forward specific measures to enhance the adaptability of the medical university new school.Medical freshmen can actively into the new environment,through multiple channels,master the methods of coping with stress,create a good interpersonal relationship,make new friends and so on methods to improve its ability of school adjustment as soon as possible.Medical college freshman can be especially entrance older and not in residence for the first time to carry out targeted new freshmen entrance education,strengthen the freshmen’s mental health counseling,teach students interpersonal strategy,promote the formation actively cope with the pressure of the way,strengthen the education of freshmen care,strengthen with the target’s new joint,make education resultant force,jointly promote medical university to improve the adaptability of the new school. |
