| Objective:Observe the SRT-100-x ray radiation therapy system,Heibuointment,Combination of two treatments in treatment of hyperplastic scar thickness,size,color,quality,the change of the fibroblasts,comparing curative effect,provide theoretical basis for clinical and effective method for screening.Method:This experiment,A total of 8 healthy New Zealand white rabbits,white only made four 1 cm × 1 cm wound,until the cartilage,making experimental animal model.After the success of the building,A group of the SRT-100 X-ray radiation therapy system,group B with Heibuointment,group C with combination of two treatments,group D without any treatment.Observe the different treatment methods on the therapeutic effect of experimental animal model.Results:1.manufacturing hyperplastic scar model success4 weeks after surgery,rabbit ear surgery visible flush,red,purple hyperplasia uplift in skin lesions,thickening,hardening,about twice the normal skin thickness,in accordance with the clinical features of hyperplastic scar.2.to observe the resultColor become weak gradually,after treatment thickness thinning,gradually become soft texture,gradually reduce capillary,texture tapering,two weeks before treatment group symptom is aggravating,after keep in this state.Light time,group C color texture is soft,the thickness of thin,reduce capillary,texture fine is earlier than in group A and group B,change fast.Group B and group A the difference is not big,but group B than in group Asoft texture of time early,fast.Group C of fiber cell density was lower than those of group A,B,group A and group B are not obvious,an D fiber density is significantly higher than other treatment group.Conclusion: the formation of hyperplastic scar after 4 weeks of the wound.SRT-100-x ray radiation therapy system combined Heibuointment treatment of hyperplastic scar effect better than single treatment,a single therapy has a certain effect,there was no significant difference between the two. |
