BackgroundSkin damage after repair,scar tissue is still in the proliferation of growth,the final formation of hyperplastic scar.Some scholars think the hyperplastic scar cause damage caused by increase in the number of excess tissue collagen deposition,beyond skin level and damage not only,more is beyond the scope of lesions.Is: the prominent feature of hyperplastic scar on skin surface,rugged,how irregular shape,a sense of real toughness,surface hyperemia,may be accompanied by itching and burning pain symptoms,as the symptoms exacerbate environmental temperature,and so on and so forth.Methods treating hyperplastic scar at present is very much also,clinical treatment or more selective,and the curative effect is exact,the domestic and foreign present commonly used method for the treatment of scar are: drug local closed,transplanted skin,crystal grinding and scar after surgery,skin expander expanding surgery combined hormone injections,radiation therapy,oppression and silicon ketone sticking therapy.Is not mature in the clinical treatment,the curative effect of tangibility still needs further observation.Scar on the patient's outlook on life,values,physical,psychological and functional has great influence,so for the diagnosis and treatment of hyperplastic scar gradually attention by all of us.This study in order to further explore comparison of three different methods of treatment of hyperplastic scar treatment effect,to promote large-scale application of clinical treatment to provide clinical research basis,more large hyperplastic scar patients brought the Gospel.ObjectiveCompare three methods of treatment(triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection,beauty skin care to stick,³²P patches)chest clinical curative effect and safety of hyperplastic scar,explore a safe and effective clinical treatment.MethodsBy the method of retrospective analysis,the qualified between jan 2013 to jan 2013 to burn our orthopaedic treatment chest,192 cases of hyperplastic scar patients,treated with random method?draw?group,according to different therapeutic methods are divided into 3 groups,group A of 63 cases with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide injection,the average interval of 2 weeks,1,treatment period for 3 months;Group B 64 cases treated by beauty skin care were applied,to attach more than 12 hours a day,continue to attach six months;Of 65 cases of group C,³²P sticking therapy,dose selection in 10 Gy,one treatment cycle for 5 days,on January 1,treatment of five cycles.Records are 1 year follow-up treatment,the curative effect of patients after treatment of data.By comparing the ?²value of three groups of experimental data to verify the cure rate of the differences,the ?² value can be gained through SPSS 21.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.ResultsAfter data analysis,A set of experimental cases 63 cases,cure rate 52.38%,the experimental group B cases 64 cases,cure rate 57.81%,the experimental group C cases 65 cases,cure rate 92.31%,after A year of follow-up data records and statistical analysis of clinical experiment results,the three groups after treatment to cure rate comparing two statistics: group A and group B cure rate differences had statistical significance?P > 0.05?,group A and group C cure rate difference was statistically significant?P < 0.05?,group B and C group cure rate difference was statistically significant?P < 0.05?.ConclusionThree methods(triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection,beauty skin care to stick and ³²P patches)treatment,³²P sticking therapy is the most effective treatment for breast hyperplastic scar.
