Objective : To investigate the clinical efficacy of Laser needle-knife surgery plus Minimally invasive interventional in treating lumbar disc herniation. From clinical curative effect, the effect of plasma β-EP, Dyn-A, quantitative research on the image changes of CT imaging. Thus evaluation of the method on the clinical efficacy of degenerative lumbar disc herniation patients and explore its mechanism of effect. So as to creates a new way for the treatment of this disease.Methods:180 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly allocated to Laser needle-knife surgery, Minimally invasive interventional and Combined groups, 60 cases each, the Laser needle-knife surgery group were treated by Laser needle-knife surgery, the Minimally invasive interventional group were treatedby Minimally invasive interventional therapy and the Combined group were treated by Laser needle-knife surgery plus Minimally invasive interventional therapy, and have clinical efficacy, the changes of plasma beta-EP, Dyn-A and content changes of intervertebral disc CT image quantitative measurement indexes after therapy. All data are used SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Results: Three group of cases after corresponding treatment, compared prior treatment, the clinical efficacy of the study, the JOA, ODI effect increased and VAS score decreased in the combined group and the Combined group were obviously superior to the Laser needle-knife surgery group or Minimally invasive interventional group, There was a statistically significant difference between the three groups(P<0.01); The Combined group were obviously superior to the Laser needle-knife surgery group and Minimally invasive interventional group, There was a statistically significant difference between three groups(P<0.05); The content of β-EP、Dyn-A of combined groups obviously increased, followed by the laser needle knife group, and minimally invasive interventional group was bare, There was a statistically significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05); image feature changes before and after treatment of, The protrusion area and the prominent degree in CTquantitative image feature changes of combined group and minimally invasive interventional group significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05), and laser needle knife group had no obvious change. At the same time, the combined group and minimally invasive interventional treatment group can reduce the degree of lumbar slippage, and the three groups of patients had no obvious changes of intervertebral height before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion; Laser needle knife surgery combined with minimally invasive intervention has a marked therapeutic on lumbar disc herniation, and the combined therapy is better than single treatment method, its can increasing the content of plasma beta-EP, Dyn-A more obviously, also reducing protrusion area, diminish the degree of prominent, and decrease the degree of lumbar spondylolisthesis.
