The Current Status&Strategy Research On Doctor-patient Relationship Of Guangzhou

Recently, medical violent affairs happened at a high rate, and the society more andmore begin to focus on the Doctor-patient relationship. To recognize and appraise therelationship objectively is not only the necessary forehand of construction the harmoniousdoctor-patient relationship, but also a very important part to construct the harmonioussocialist society. Herein based on the doctor-patient relationship in Guangzhou, to discusscurrent status and main problem, bring up the method on relaxing it, so as to well developthe medicine safety as long as the interest of patients and doctors. By analyzing thecollective files about doctor-patient relationship&integrating the investigationalquestionnaires as well as the typical cases study, to acknowledge the current status and mainproblems, to bring up the solutions. Using questionnaires method, looked for100patients orpatients’ relatives as the objectives, collected questionnaires data from them to analyze;refer to the articles about foreign doctor-patient relationship study and typical cases, analyzethe problems during the research, conclude the causes of the tense doctor-patientrelationship, bring up relative solutions. The tense relationship refers to many kinds of fields.We should probe a humanistic ways to solve the problem other than take the violent way,even less the vicious means, such as beat doctors、smash、rob and burn the hospital whichwill heavily disturb the normal order of the hospital, sometimes may cause group event insociety! The tenser relationship relates with hospital, patient&society. Medical staff shouldreinforce the service awareness, abide by the profession morality, increase the professionlevel; Formed legal awareness, abbey varies of medical regulations and operational rules;To help patient enhance the medical knowledge; Intensify the communication betweendoctor and patient for the dispute; finally to construct a harmonious relationship, maintainthe interest of both parties and make the medicine serve our human better.
