Objective:TodiscussthesignificanceofAnti-Mullerian hormone?AMH?as a predictor of therapeutic effect in polycystic ovary syndrome patients with clomiphene citrate?CC?and human menopausal gonadotropin?hMG?.Methods:The data was analysed using retrospective analysis.Patients were grouped into two groups by accepting combined ovulation induction with CC first and intramuscular h MG then. One was named Reaction Group with dominant follicle growing, the other was named Non-reaction Group without dominant follicle growing. To discuss the difference of AMH level and other variables between these two groups. To discuss the spearman correlation of AMH level and other variables, and analysis the effect of different variables to the therapeutic effect of PCOS patients with combined ovulation induction by logistic regression model. To consider the predictive value of AMH level in forecasting therapeutic effect of PCOS patients after combined ovulation induction by ROC curve.Results:?1?Age,BMI,duration infertility, basic FSH level, basic LH level and basic E2 level have no statistical difference between two groups?p>0.05?.?2?Serum AMH level,AFC,LH:FSH ratio,T level shows significant difference between two groups?p<0.05?.?3?Serum AMH level has significant correlation with AFC,basic LH level,LH:FSH ratio and T level?p<0.05?.?4?Serum AMH level and AFC could be predictors of therapeutic effect in polycystic ovary syndrome patients with combined ovulation induction(rAMH=-0.310,rAFC=-0.104,p<0.05).?5?AUC for serum AMH level is 0.815,and the cut-off is 9.49ng/ml with 80%sensitivity and29.4%specificity.AUC for AFC is 0.804,and the cut-off is 28.5 with 86.7%sensitivity and 38.2%specificity.Conclusion:Serum AMH can be used as a predictor of therapeutic effect in polycystic ovary syndrome patients with combined ovulation induction of CC and hMG.
