Objective: To study the speciality of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS)patients’ anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)and serum luteinizing hormone(LH)-follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)ratio and with their impact on ovulation induction. Methods: This is a retrospective analysis of 70 menstrual cycles of PCOS patients who came to our medical center for ovulation induction from January 2017 to October 2018.Patients with increment of AMH were divided into group A1,and normal AMH patients were put in group A2.Patients with LH/FSH>1 were in group L1,LH/FSH<1 in group L2.In these sub-groups,all indexes and ovulation effect were compared. Results: 1.PCOS patients with higher AMH tend to have lower BMI and thin endometrium on LH(+)date(p<0.05).2.Patients with higher LH/FSH tend to have lower BMI and lower dose of hMG(p<0.05).3.Positive correlation was found between AMH and hMG dose, andnegative correlation was found between AMH and LH(+)date endometrium(p<0.05).,and there is negative correlation between LH/FSH and hMG dose(p<0.05).Conclusion: AMH,LH/FSH both are significantly correlated to the effect of PCOS patients’ ovulation induction.High AMH patients are less sensitive to the ovulation induction treatment, while high LH/FSH ratio patients tend to be more sensitive to the ovulation induction treatment.
