| Objective: The purpose of this study is to develop improved snake moxibustion sensation scales.And the compiled scale for evaluation is preliminarily used to discuss the quantitative relationship between moxibustion feeling and moxibustion effect.The scale for the future clinical improvement in objective measures of snake moxibustion sensation provides the basis.It provides an evaluating indicator for further research on the relationship between moxibustion sensation and clinical efficacy.Methods:(1)Setting up an alternative entry for the scale through the literature research,combined with the characteristics of the modified snake moxibustion itself.(2)After the interview and expert consultation,the items were supplemented and modified,and the item bank of the scale is set up.(3)By the analysis and reference of needle scale and thermal moxibustion scale development ideas,forming a modified snake moxibustion draft scale.(4)Carrying out a pre investigation for the improved snake moxibustion sensation scale.Then making a project analysis of the scale,using descriptive statistics,the critical ratio method,correlation coefficient method,internal consistency test,factor analysis of five kinds of statistical methods for the amount of the draft table,to screen and optimize entries.The content of the scale is revised according to the statistical results,and the test edition of the scale is set up.(5)Using test version of the improved snake moxibustion sensation scale to survey 100 samples,Analysis the results of reliability and validity analysis.Using internal consistency reliability,content validity and structure validity method,to test the reliability and effectiveness of the test scale.(6)The improved snake moxibustion moxibustion sensation scales is preliminarily applied to evaluate sensation in 30 cases of chronic fatigue syndrome with 6 moxibustion.And The fatigue severity scale is used to evaluate the degree of fatigue before and after the 6 treatment.Then analyse the relationship between the sense of moxibustion and the clinical effect.Results:(1)According to the literature retrieval results,the alternative entry of improved snake moxibustion sensation was formed,which contained 29 items.(2)Determining the item pool after alternative entry was supplied and modified,and then established the draft scale,including thermal penetration strength,heat intensity of various parts of the body,special parts of sensory intensity and emotional changes in 4 dimensions,a total of 21 items,with two dimensions of a classification scale,the other three dimensions were using the visual analogue scale evaluation.(3)The test edition scale was established by a round of item screening for first draft of the scale.198 samples were collected,and according to the results of statistical analysis,7 items were deleted,eventually forming a modified snake moxibustion sensation scale test version which contained 14 item.(4)The reliability analysis of the scale test version: the Chronbach’s alpha Coefficient of the total amount meter measured by the alpha reliability coefficient method was 0.823.After removing entries,the Chronbach’s alpha Coefficient of the scale was between 0.786 and 0.842,which was not much higher than the total scale,and the reliability of the scale was good.(5)Validity analysis of the scale version: content validity analysis showed that the correlation coefficients of all items and the total score or dimension were all greater than 0.3.The content validity of the scale was good.A confirmatory factor analysis method for the application of structural validity show that the fitting index conformed to the standard,and the structure validity of the scale was good.(6)The data correlation analysis between modified snake moxibustion sensation scale and fatigue severity scale: heat penetration,neck,chest,abdomen,upper extremities and lower extremities heat sensation intensity,acid swelling,itching,heat wave intensity,and emotional change,the number of the parts which appear heat had a significant positive correlation with fatigue severity improvement value.Back,waist,hip pain intensity and thermal strength had not a significant positive correlation with fatigue severity improvement value.Conclusion: The modified snake moxibustion scale can evaluate the human response to the modified snake moxibustion,scale has good reliability and validity,and can be applied to clinical improvement of snake moxibustion moxibustion sensation evaluation. |
