Clinical Study On Distribution Regularity Of Fever Syndrome In Children

Objective: To study the distribution of syndromes and syndromes of fever in children from the angle of clinical investigation,and to provide reference for clinicians to improve the accuracy and therapeutic effect of syndrome differentiation.Methods: On the basis of literature study,320 cases of febrile children were investigated,fill in "Pediatric Fever TCM Four Diagnosis Information Questionnaire",collect the general data of febrile children and the information of four diagnoses of traditional Chinese medicine,according to "syndrome differentiation" as the basis,the establishment of child Fever syndrome identification criteria,the extraction of children fever of the disease and the disease of the syndrome element,Using Excel software to establish "clinical research database of distribution regularity of TCM syndromes of fever in children",using statistical method of frequency analysis to explore the distribution of TCM disease position and disease syndrome of children fever in Chengdu area.Results:(1)The distribution regularity of fever disease in children: the frequency of occurrence of fever in children from high to low in the top six: lung > Stomach >Table > Throat > Spleen > Large intestine.(2)Distribution of fever syndrome in children: the frequency from high to low in children with Fever syndrome is the top six: Fire > Wind > Food product > Cold > Blood Heat > Poison.(3)Distribution pattern of fever syndrome in children: there are 25 common types of fever syndrome in children,the frequency from high to low in the top six is: Table Cold hot > Food accumulation fever > Lung stomach hot sheng > Wind heat offenders lung > Windheat prisoners of the cold wind-hot crime table clip food.Conclusion:1.The first six cases of fever in children were the lungs,stomach,table,throat,spleen and large intestine,which suggested that the clinical treatment should be based on the different conditions,and take the lung,the stomach,the Jianqu,the pharynx,the spleen,the intestines and other treatment.2.Children fever of the disease in the top six in order is fire,wind,food product,cold,blood heat,poison,suggesting that clinical treatment should be based on the differentconditions,flexible to take fire,dredging,digestion,cold,cooling blood,detoxification and other treatment.3.The distribution frequency of child Fever syndrome is ranked in the top six,in order of the table cold heat,food accumulation fever,lung and stomach heat,wind and heat of the lung,wind and heat of the lung,food,wind heat crime table clip food.It is suggested that under the condition of syndrome differentiation,we should pay attention to the treatment methods such as relieving heat,eliminating fever,purging the lungs and relieving the lung,clearing the lungs,clearing the lungs,clearing the wind and removing the form.For the combination of multiple syndromes and clamping card,should distinguish between the main and secondary syndromes,focus on the treatment of the main disease.The syndrome differentiation method can be used to differentiate the fever of children accurately,so as to improve the curative effect.
