Study On The Relationship Between Syndrome Type,Physique And Metabolic Indexes In Patients With NAFLD

Objects: To study the TCM syndrome type and constitution distribution of NAFLD patients,as well as the correlation between TCM syndrome type,constitution and related metabolic biochemical indexes.Method: A total of 240 NAFLD patients were selected from the Department of liver,spleen and stomach Diseases,the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to March 2023.The general data of patients were collected and the patients were instructed to fill in the body mass scale of traditional Chinese medicine.the syndrome type and physique of the patients were judged independently by two deputy chief physicians or above in the department of spleen and stomach diseases.The clinical data collected were analyzed by statistical software to study the TCM syndrome type and constitution distribution of NAFLD patients,as well as the correlation between TCM syndrome type,physique and related metabolic biochemical indexes.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age and gender of NAFLD patients(P>0.05),and the proportion of 0-20 years old was 0.4%;the proportion of 20-40 years old was 11.7%;the proportion between 40 and 60 years old was 57.9%;the proportion between 60 and 80 years old was 28.3%;over 80 years old accounted for 1.7%.2.The BMI index in patients with NAFLD,18.5-23.9 kg/m2 interv al 7.9%;24-27.9 kg/m2 interval 90.8%;More than 28 kg/m2 interval 1.3%.Degree of fatty liver patients with NAFLD,mild fatty liver disease accounted for 87.5%;Moderate fatty liver disease accounted for 12.1%;Severe fatty liver is 0.4%.3.The syndromes of dampness-heat stagnation accounted for 34.6% of the syndrome types in NAFLD patients.The proportion of wet turbidity internal stopping syndrome was 27.9%;the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency accounted for 19.6%;phlegm-stasis interjunction syndrome accounted for 9.2%;spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome accounted for9.2%.In the physical distribution of NAFLD patients,the proportion of damp-heat substance was 36.7%,phlegm-dampness substance was 32.9%,and qi-deficiency substance was 8.8%.The proportion of Yang deficiency was5.4%.The proportion of qi stagnation was 5.0%;the proportion of peace and quality was 3.8%;the proportion of blood stasis was 3.8%;the proportion of Yin deficiency was 2.9%;the proportion of intrinsic mass was 0.8%.4.There were differences in GR,ALT,AST,GGT,CHE,UA,GLU,TG and TC among patients with syndromes of NAFLD(P<0.05).Parked in the turbidity syndrome associated with ALT(P<0.05);Liver spleen deficiency and GR,ALT,AST,GGT,CHE,UA,TG,TC correlation(P<0.05);Damp and hot accumulate knot with GR,ALT,AST,GGT,CHE,UA,GLU,TG,TC correlation(P<0.05);GR were associated with each other by phlegm and blood stasis(P<0.05);The spleen kidney deficiency syndrome associated with ALT,the GGT,CHE,TG(P<0.05).5.There were differences in ALT,AST,GGT,UA,GLU,TG and HDL-C among physical samples of NAFLD patients(P<0.05).Gentle temperament and ALT,AST,GGT,UA,TG,HDL-C correlation(P<0.05);Qi deficiency and ALT,AST,GGT,GLU,TG correlation(P<0.05);Yang mass associated with ALT,TG(P<0.05);Phlegmy wet mass and ALT,AST,GGT correlation(P<0.05);Hot and humid and ALT,the GGT,UA,GLU,TG correlation(P<0.05);The great quality and TG,HDL-C correlation(P<0.05);Yin deficiency,blood stasis,qi depression and ALT,AST,GGT,UA,GLU,TG,HDL-C the correlation of no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.In NAFLD,40 to 60 years old for the disease,age of BMI are mainly composed of overweight patients,mild fatty liver as the main classification.2.The card type distribution of patients with NAFLD,the top two TCM syndrome types of damp and hot accumulate knot syndrome,parked in the cloud.NAFLD patients in the physical distribution,the top two TCM constitution as the hot and humid,phlegm wet mass.3.Different syndrome types in patients with NAFLD and GR,ALT,AST,GGT,CHE,UA have dependence,GLU,TG,TC,damp and hot accumulate knot of syndrome and wet muddy stop the ALT value is higher than other card type;Damp and hot accumulate knot the GR,AST,GGT,CHE values are higher than other syndromes.4.The different physique and NAFLD patients ALT,AST,GGT,UA,GLU,TG,in HDLC correlation,phlegmy wet and hot and humid mass ALT,the GGT values are higher than other constitution;Phlegmy wet mass ALT is higher than other constitution;Hot and humid mass UA,GLU,TG were higher than other physical fitness.
