| Objective:In this study,we collected 60 patients with PCOS diagnosed by modern medical methods were investigated and judged according to the Chinese medicine physique Classification and Judgment(zzYxH/T157-2009)(see Annex 1).The characteristics and types of the Chinese medicine physique distribution and type of PCOS patients were analyzed.And to collect the patients’ basic hormone levels.Then analyzed the relationship between the Chinese medicine physique and the basic serum hormones levels.using three kinds of Chinese physical types to analyse the polymorphism of modern medical treatment of PCOS.For the clinical provision of integrated thinking of Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:According to the new guideline for the assessment and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome was issued in conjunction with the American Society of Endocrinologists(AACE)and the American Endocrinology Association(ACE)in November 2015(hereinafter referred to as the guideline),the 60 outpatients diagnosed with PCOS from Obstetrics and gynecology department of Hangzhou Chinese medicine hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were observed as the research object,patients’ clinical data were collected and analyzed.First,the design of clinical research forms to determine the clinical research program and content,and then into the clinical research.According to the case into the standard collection of cases,the patients to filled out the "classification and determination of Chinese medicine constitution"which was put forword by Chinese Society of Chinese Medicine,physical scoring table score and conversion calculation,and calculated the basic hormone levels and color Doppler B super results seriously.The above observations were filled into the corresponding clinical observation form.The above data were analyzed statistically.Results:1、The Chinese medicine physique of 60 PCOS patients distributed from high to low order followed by phlegm-dampness,qi stagnation,Yin deficiency constitution,Yang deficiency constitution,blood stasis quality,Qi deficiency constitution,damp-heat quality,special quality,calm quality.And there was significant difference between the nine groups(P<0.01),and mainly concentrated in the phlegm,qi stagnation and yin deficiency,was polymorphic distribution.2、A single sample T test can be found in the study of sex hormones have a greater tendency to show high LH,high LH/FSH,consistent with the performance of ancient literature.3、There were no significant differences in sex hormone LH,LH/FSH,T levels between the three groups:phlegm-dampness,qi stagnation and yin deficiency(P>0.05).4、The level of LH in blood stasis group was significantly higher than that in the other six groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The level of FSH in blood stasis group was significantly higher than that in Yang deficiency and dampness group(P<0.05).The levels of LH/FSH in blood stasis and phlegm-dampness were significantly higher than those in Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The level of T was significantly higher than that of qi deficiency group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The subject of 60 cases of PCOS patients with traditional Chinese medicine.(Remove and folder body)there are 9 kinds of physical performance to phlegm,qi stagnation,yin deficiency mainly.The distribution of sex hormones in 60 patients with PCOS showed a high tendency to exhibit high LH and high LH/FSH.There were significant differences in sex hormones between the other six groups.The distribution of TCM constitution and its correlation with sex hormones in PCOS patients,from the traditional Chinese medicine distribution of the polymorphism of Western medicine for the treatment of the problem to find the theoretical basis of Chinese medicine,for clinical and scientific research on PCOS pathophysiology and treatment to provide a reference. |
