Objective:To investigate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on the improvement of the executive function of amphetamine type stimulants(ATS)dependent patients.Methods:78 patients in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were selected, and randomly divided into the control group and observation group with 39 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Risperidone Oral Solution, and the observation group was treated with rTMS on the basis of the control group. The results of Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST),Tower of London(tower of London, test TOL),Montreal cognitive assessment(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA),mini mental state examination scale(Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE),behavior rating inventory of executive funciton adult version(behavior rating inventory of executive function adult version,BRIEF-A),24-Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-24),14-Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA-14)evaluation were observed.Resutls:After treatment, the scores of W1,W3 and W4,TOL solving time,HAMD-24 and HAMA-14 scores in observation group were all lower than those in control group, and the scores of W2,W5,TOL,BRIEF-A,MoCA and MMSE were higher in the observation group than in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:RTMS can improve the neurocognitive function of patients with initial ATS dependence, enhance their executive function and reduce their negative emotions, which has high clinical value in the treatment of ATS dependent patients.
