The Evidence-based Nursing Practice Of Foam Dressing In The Incisional Dressing Change Of Tracheotomy Patients

Objective:This study from the perspective of evidence-based nursing,to solve the "To solve the clinical nursing problem of "whether the foam dressing can replace the traditional gauze dressing to the incision of the tracheotomy patient",Promote the technical degree of evidence-based nursing and improve the quality of the nursing service in staff in our hospital.Methods:Based on evidence-based nursing,we have a full search of the literature on the application of foam dressings and traditional gauze dressings in the tracheotomy to the incision of the trachea.A total of 60 articles were included in the standard.The RCT literature was analyzed by Review Manager 5 software.Through lectures,training and other methods to carry out the evidence dissemination.In order to compare the operation feasibility,clinical effect and economic cost,we selected 78 patients in our hospital to apply foam dressing and dressing for dressing.Results:Foam dressings for tracheotomy incision dressing over traditional gauze dressings can significantly reduce skin incision infection and skin incision complications,markedly shortened extubation time and healing time,significantly reduce bandage daily times,extend the switching time interval.But more research is needed in reducing the support rate of pulmonary infection the role of.The results of the application of evidence show that the evidence is feasible,the clinical effect is more significant,the economic cost can be accepted,and it is suitable for application in our hospital.Conclusion:foam dressings can reduce wound infection rate,reduce dressing replacement times and reduce nursing workload compared with traditional gauze dressing,and it is easy to operate.It can replace traditional gauze dressing in incision dressing for patients undergoing tracheotomy,and is worthy of clinical application.
