Objective: To investigate the anxiety and depression disorders in hospitalized patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in Han and Uygur ethnic populations and the factors affecting AMI anxiety and depression, and to provide basis for the treatment of anxiety and depression in Han and Uygur AMI patients. Methods: According to the current situation investigation and study,100 Han and Uyghur inpatients who met the AMI diagnostic criteria were selected, and general demographic data and clinical data were collected. The Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Zung Depression Self-Rating Scale were used(SDS)Self-administered questionnaires were conducted and grouped according to general demographic data and clinical data to analyze the incidence of anxiety and depression in hospitalized patients with AMI and Uygur AMI,and to analyze the correlation between anxiety and depression scores.Multiple linear regression analysis of factors affecting anxiety and depression in different AMI patients. Results: 1.Anxiety of hospitalized patients with AMI in Han and Uygur ethnic group: The incidence of anxiety in Han Chinese AMI patients was 61%.Mild anxiety was 25%,moderate anxiety was 29%,and severe anxiety was 7%.Uighur AMI patients had an anxiety rate 56%(56/100),of which mild anxiety was29%,moderate anxiety was 22%,and severe anxiety was 5%.Depression of hospitalized patients with AMI in Han and Uighur: The prevalence of depression in Han Chinese AMI patients was 61%,of which mild depression was 25%,moderate depression was 29%,and severe depression was 7%;Uygur AMI patients had a depression rate of 56 %,of which mild depression was 29%,moderate depression was 22%,severe depression was 5%.2.The degree of anxiety in the hypertensive group was mainly mild and moderate, but the Uighur was mainly mild. The depression levels of Han-Wei two-group AMI patients in different hypertension groups were statistically significant(p< 0.05),and all were mainly severe depression. There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of anxiety in the different cholesterol groups between the Han-Wei two-group AMI patients(p> 0.05).The depression levels of Han-Wei two-group AMI patients in different cholesterol groups were statistically significant(p< 0.05),and all were mainly severe depression. There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of anxiety of the Han nationality AMI patients in different triglyceride groups(p> 0.05).The Uighur AMI patients had statistically significant levels of anxiety in different triglyceride groups(p< 0.05)and mild anxiety. There was a statistically significant difference in the degree of depression between the Han and Uyghur patients with AMI in different cholesterol groups(p< 0.05),and both were mainly severe depression.3.The influence of systolic blood pressure and triglyceride on anxiety and depression in Chinese Han patients with AMI was statistically significant(p< 0.05).The effects of systolic blood pressure, triglycerides, and random blood glucose on Uyghur patients with AMI were statistically significant(p< 0.05).The impact of systolic blood pressure on Uyghur patients with AMI was statistically significant(p< 0.05).Conclusions: 1.The incidence of anxiety and depression in Han and Uygur patients with AMI is high.Systolic blood pressure and triglyceride were the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in Chinese Han patients with AMI;systolic blood pressure, triglyceride, and random blood glucose were the influencing factors of anxiety in patients with AMI in Uygur;systolic blood pressure was the influencing factor of depression in Uygur and AMI patients.
