Objective:Exploring the influence with the dialect communication in Hainan for the degree of angina pectoris and the incipient negative psychology in elderly patients with myocardial infarction.Method:Experimental research in this study. Meeting the requirements of disease diagnosis, cases were selected from May2013to December2013in Hainan province agricultural reclamation general hospital,100cases of patients with myocardial infarction (MI) as experimental object, the patients in the cardiovascular area were set randomly as the experimental group and control group, there were50cases in each group. Collecting effective cases after the completion were80cases,41cases in the control group, there were39cases in the experimental group. Experimental group during the stay in hospital implement dialect communication nursing in addition to the usual care in separately, the dialect communication nursing was finished until the patient discharge. The control group only given routine nursing. Respectively the patients of the two groups, since admitted to hospital from the second and the7th days to complete the self-evaluation of anxiety scale (SAS), symptom self-assessment scale (SCL-90), pain assessment,to evaluate the negtive psychological state of mood change for patient after dialect intervention.Results:(1)The inpatients with myocardial infarction (MI) in Hainan province mainly comes from Hainan local places, dialect is mainly pattern for daily communication. Mandarin awareness is low, only28.75%,71.25%of patients required nurses in nursing process using dialect in communication.(2) Through the implementation of dialect communication, the SAS scores of experimental group and control group were statistical (P0.05), two groups of patients with SCL-90scale scores of somatization, anxiety, depression, sensitive interpersonal relationship, psychoticism and forced symptoms, paranoia, and other factors score difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), based on the differences and hostility and fear no statistical significance (P>0.05); Pain score comparison, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The acute phase of myocardial infarction patients often with varying degrees of negative psychological feeling, among them, anxiety accounted for80%.Implementation of dialect communication, improve the patient’s emotional support,getting understanding and cooperation from the patient and the family.Intervention by dialect to relieve the patient’s negative mood,especially to reduce the anxiety degree of patient.
