Objective: To explore the clinical feature of neonatal mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)pneumonia and chlamydia trachomatis(CT)pneumonia. Methods: To retrospective analysis the clinical data of neonatal MP pneumonia and neonatal CT pneumonia admitted during January 2013 to December 2016.According to the matching standard, other neonatal infectious pneumonia had been selected as the negative control group, the clinical data in neonatal MP pneumonia group and neonatal CT pneumonia group, neonatal MP pneumonia group and MP negative control group, neonatal CT pneumonia group and CT negative control group were analyzed. Results:There were 44 cases of neonatal MP pneumonia and 30 cases of neonatal CT pneumonia. The contact history of respiratory tract infection(38.6%),cough(100%),fever(36.4%),diarrhea(36.4%),type I respiratory failure(22.7%),type II respiratory failure(20.5%),segmental consolidation(9.1%),interstitial changes(11.4%)in neonates with MP pneumoniawere higher than the negative control group above. In vaginal delivery(86.7%),premature rupture of membranes(36.7%),cyanosis(93.3%),diarrhea(43.3%),eye secretions(36.7%),above all in neonatal CT pneumonia group was higher than that in the negative control group. The rate of vaginal delivery in neonatal CT pneumonia(86.7%)was higherthan that of neonatal MP pneumonia(47.7%),but the rate of a history of exposure to respiratory tract infection patients in neonatal CT pneumonia was lower than that of neonatal MP pneumonia;fever(36.4%),cough(100%),Shortness of breath(77.3%)and fine rales(47.7%)were high incidence in neonatal MP pneumonia. The above differences statistically significant(P<0.05).All patients were treated with macrolide antibiotics, all were cured, and none death. Conclusion : Neonatal MP pneumonia prone to have fever, cough, shortness of breath and rales.Neonatal CT pneumonia is more prone to cyanosis, eye secretions.Macrolide antibiotics are used for neonatal MP and CT pneumonia, few drug resistance occurs. The prognosis is good, and less severe cases appear.
