Research On The Present Situation,problems And Strategies Of Scientific Research Of Local Medical Institutions In China In The New Period

Medical research is to improve the residents' health level,improve residents' life quality,the construction of important support and guarantee for 'health in China,local medical colleges and universities are an important force in medical research,in the construction of high level medical disciplines and universities,improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of disease,development area play a leading role in public health.In the construction of "double top",we will deepen reform of the medical and health system,a new era of rapid development of modern medicine,the local medical colleges and universities scientific research development faces many opportunities and challenges,need to strengthen the connotation construction,increase the core competitiveness,improve the scientific research ability and level.University scientific connotation construction factors have a macro,meso and micro level,macro economic and social development level,the national science and technology development strategic plan and setting up the system of science and technology factors,such as medium level with planning,scientific research and scientific research of university's scientific research management,and other factors,the micro level have internal operation factors such as science and technology projects.This study from the meso level local medical colleges and universities scientific research connotation construction,sums up the research purpose is topromote connotation construction high level scientific research output capacity and results and improve the ability of academic influence and the service of economic and social,scientific connotation of the construction of the core elements for planning,scientific research team of university's scientific research,scientific research conditions,scientific research environment from four aspects.This study with 7 independent local medical college as an example,by gathering to analyze its scientific research input and output of data since 2010,scientific research system,academic impact related information,summed up the local medical university scientific research input and output have a faster development,but the high-level scientific research personnel,scientific research platform,less scientific research projects,scientific research,to undertake major projects of science and technology ability is not strong,weak overall competitiveness.Around the scientific connotation of the construction problems existing in the analysis of the four core elements: scientific research do not pay enough attention to overall planning,scientific research team innovation ability is not strong,lack of high level scientific research platform and perfect supporting system,the scientific research environment restricted the scientific and technological innovation ability.Taking "talent" and "local" as the main line,put forward the development strategy:1.The scientific orientation,overall planning,prominent characteristics;Straighten out the school scientific research system,overall coordination development.2.The scientific research team construction,culture introduction,high-level scientific research personnel should play the role of lead;To strengthen the scientific research team construction,promote the overallinnovation ability.3.The research conditions for construction: to build collaborative research network,turn clinical cases for medical research resources;To strengthen the construction of high level scientific research base,improve the comprehensive public scientific research platform construction;Improve the scientific research support system,improve the ability of collaborative innovation.4.The scientific research environment construction: perfecting the system construction,guarantee continuous innovation ability;Active research culture atmosphere,stimulate creativity.Strategy prominent place leading role in the medical colleges and schools in the district medical and health undertakings,by the local medical colleges and universities scientific research level development promote regional level of diagnosis and treatment of disease,the development of public health,development area in innovation management mechanism,to build strong scientific research atmosphere,optimizing the integration of scientific research people,goods,content resources,on the basis of the combination of regional medical health system reform,the role of the hospital medical center,in the medical conjoined as an opportunity to build local medical research network platform,the joint medical institutions at all levels,under the model of hierarchical diagnosis cases complete collection resources,the rich resources of cases into medical research resources,promote the development of medical research.
