Objective:Through the distress and quality of life assessment,to understand the risk factors of lung cancer patients with distress and the relevance of quality of life in order to take effective interventions to improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients. Methods:The investigation was consisted of 209 lung cancer patients who were treated in Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from February 2014 to December 2015.Through the use of distress thermometer, problem list, quality of life questionnaire survey on clinical questionnaire patients.Patients with lung cancer were divided into a significant group of distress thermometer and a non significant group of distress.Chi-square test was used to analyze the relationship between demographic characteristics disease information and significant group of distress.Logistic regression analysis of risk factors for distress. The Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the significant group of distress and each area of the quality of life questionnaire. The test level was significantly different at P<0.05.Results:1.Significant distress detection rate of lung cancer patientsA total of 209 patients with lung cancer were included in the study. The results showed that the distress of patients with lung cancer was in the majority of 0-4 points, among which 68 cases were significant distress, and the detection rate of significant pain was 32.5%.2.The demographic characteristics of lung cancer patients and the correlation analysis between disease information and psychological distressLogistic regression analysis of PS scores, family residence, informed condition were influencing factors of significant distress(P<0.001,P=0.035,P=0.031).3.List of distress problems and correlation of distress in patients with lung cancerLogistic regression analysis showed that the lack of time and energy to care for the elderly/children,fear,sadness,dizziness,pain,and physical activity were risk factors for significant distress in lung cancer patients.4.Correlation between significant distress and quality of life in patients with lung cancerThe significant distress of lung cancer patients was negatively correlated with overall health, physical function, emotional function, cognitive function, social function have shown negatively correlated with distress and was positive with fatigue, nausea and vomiting, pain, shortness of breath, insomnia, loss of appetite and constipation in the symptom dimension.Conclusion:1.The incidence of significant distress in patients with lung cancer was32.5%.Combined with the actual situation in China, the critical value of 4points was used as the standard of significant distress to increase the sample size.In addition,to improve the screening skills of the questionnaire, reasonable education is bound to become an important topic in the clinical work of the department of oncology.2.PS score, fully informed, and living in the city, the risk of significant distress in patients is greater,as a significant risk factor for psychological distress.3.The distress of lung cancer patients is significantly related to the quality of life, and effective intervention measures should be taken according to the distress status.
