Objective: To evaluate the relationship between gender, inducement, age, educational background, occupation and digestive symptoms score and psychological evaluation of functional dyspepsia associated with mental disorders. Methods: The subjects of this study were 83 new outpatients with functional dyspepsia(FD)accompanied by psychological abnormality measured by SCL-90 and were diagnosed according to the Roma IV criteria at Shengjing Hospital in Liaoning Province from July 2017 to March 2018,All subjects completed questionnaires of score of indigestion. We also surved the occupation, gender, age, culture and incentives of these patients. Results: There were no statistically significant differences between male and female patients in terms of culture, occupation and FD subtype(p<0.05).However,the proportion of middle school culture in the two groups was higher(51.8%).FD classification was mainly characterized by post-meal discomfort syndrome(10 males and 30 females, accounting for 48.2% of FD diagnosis). In terms of incentives, women are dominated by family factors and men mainly by work, and there was a significant gender difference(p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the score of dyspepsia symptoms(p>0.05).Compared two groups of patients, there was no differences in the somatization, force status, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, paranoia, and other project structure(p > 0.05),While in anxiety, terror and psychosis in project evaluation, there are significant differences in both groups(p < 0.05).The scores of patients with interpersonal sensitivity, bigotry and psychosis were significantly higher than those with normal psychological assessment(p<0.05).In patients with FD,women's functional dyspepsia score are higher than men's(p<0.05).The score of dyspepsia symptoms was positively correlated with the total score of scl-90(Spearman rho=0.425,P<0.05).Among the 83 patients with FD with mental abnormality, somatization, compulsive state and other(including diet and sleep)showed a higher frequency(somatization 87.9%,forced state 87.9%,other 83.1%).Among the 83 patients, the score of dyspepsia symptoms was positively correlated with the number of abnormal items in the psychological assessment(Spearman rho=0.300,P<0.05).Conclusion:Among the patients with functional dyspepsia accompanied by mental abnormality, women are more common, and the incentive is mainly family factors, while men are mainly working factors. In the SCL-90 assessment of anxiety, terrorism, and psychosis, there were gender differences, and women showed mild anxiety, terror and psychopathy, and men were mostly normal.Women in FD were more anxious than men.The patients diagnosed with FD with interpersonal sensitivity, paranoia and psychotic had severe dyspepsia symptoms than normal. There was a positive correlation between the score of dyspepsia and the positive score of psychological test.,The higher the positive score of CSL-90,the worse the symptoms of indigestion.FD patients with mental abnormality are mainly somatization, compulsive state, diet and sleep disorder. The more abnormal items of psychological assessment, the more serious the symptoms of indigestion.
