Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the "V-Y" Advancement Flap in the treatment of low anal fistula, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the the "V-Y" Advancement Flap transplantation combined with anal fistulectomy and anal fistulectomy. Methods: The First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from September 2016 to December 2017 with the Department of anus & intestine surgery to collect 40 patients meeting the inclusion criteria,40 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group of 20 patients with "V-Y" Advancement Flap transplantation combined with anal fistulectomy,20 cases in the control group only with anal fistulectomy. The observation and evaluation of two groups of operation time, postoperative complications, wound healing time, anal function, keyhole deformity rate, wound healing, recurrence rate, postoperative hospitalization time and other related factors, using statistical software SPSS 23.0 to deal with the data, the results are analysis, calibration of statistical significance of research data in P<0.05.Results: The experimental group was superior to the control group in incision healing time, postoperative incision bleeding, anal function, keyhole malformation rate and efficacy, and there were significant differences(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in postoperative pain, postoperative urination, hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses(P > 0.05).The experimental group was longer than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: the "V-Y" Advancement Flap in the treatment of anal fistula,to ensure the clinical treatment effect and reduce postoperative pain and shorten healing time, reduce the keyhole deformity rate, low recurrence rate and anal function damage, that the "V-Y" Advancement Flap transplantation is a good procedure for the treatment of low anal fistula. |
