Objectives Sexual function is an important part of the survival quality of breast cancer patients.Female sexual dysfunction affects patients' recovery,survival state and the improvement of living happiness seriously.To investigate the influencing factors of breast cancer in patients with female sexual dysfunction,and to provide the fresh ideas and theoretical basis for the development of clinical nursing work.Methods 1 The patients with female sexual dysfunction as the object were selected from early September 2016 to late August 2017 in breast surgery department from Tangshan people's Hospital.The patients were randomly selected from the Female Sexual Function Index to select the case group,and The patients had all received three cycles of chemotherapy after diagnosis.The sexual function response of the patients with breast cancer was to screened out the female sexual dysfunction group(n=204)and the nonfemale sexual dysfunction group(n=204).The general information,symptom clusters of breast cancer patients questionnaire,general marital satisfaction and adjustment scales by Locke and Wallace,social support revalued scale,self-esteem scale and relative disease status scale were used to evaluate the demographic data,symptom clusters,treatment,couple relationship,the status of psychological and disease,the status of social support,and to compare the differences of symptom clusters,treatment,couple relationship,the status of psychological and disease,the status of social support between the two groups.2 Excel software was used to establish the database.Data analysis was performed using SPSS17.0 Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analysis the general demographic data.The Chi-square test was used to compare the prevalence of FSD between the groups.Logistic regression was used to identify the risk factors.The meaningful factors based on univariate analysis were seleced as independent variables.The female sexual dysfunction was seleced as the dependent variable for binary logistic regression analysis.Results 1 The univariate analysis of FSD in patients with breast cancer shows: age,personality types,education level,type of work,occupational status,monthly family income,disease course,balance of payments,medical insurance,operation methods,cycles of chemotherapy,spouse sexual attitude,self-esteem of patients,limitation of motion in arms,staining black or erythema in skin,pain,fatigue,hot flashes or sweating,nausea and vomiting,limb edema,oral ulcer,scar,vaginal discomfort,hair loss,cancer metastasis,social support and couple relationship,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the factors of FSD in patients with breast cancer are personality types,type of work,monthly family income,cycles of chemotherapy,disease course,spouse's sexual opinion,staining black or erythema in skin,pain,hot flashes or sweating,vaginal discomfort,fatigue,surgical methods and couple relationship.The personality type of introvert,unemployed status,higher-income households(>RMB5000),longer chemotherapy cycles(>T4),staining black or erythema in skin,pain,hot flashes or sweating,fatigue,vaginal discomfort,disease course less than 24 months are the risk factors for female sexual dysfunction in patients with breast cancer,unoperated state,spouse's active sexual opinion and desirable couple relationship are the protective factors.Conclusions The factors of FSD in patients with breast cancer are personality types,type of work,family income,cycles of chemotherapy,disease course,spouse's sexual opinion,staining black or erythema in skin,pain,hot flashes or sweating,vaginal discomfort,fatigue,surgical methods and couple relationship.Introvert,unemployed status,higher family income(>RMB5000),longer chemotherapy cycles(>T4),staining black in skin or nails,pain,hot flashes or sweating,fatigue,vaginal discomfort and disease course less than 24 months are the risk factors for female sexual dysfunction in patients with breast cancer,and unoperated state,desirable couple relationship,spouse's active sexual opinion are the protective factors.
