| Objective In this study,the doctors and patients of the hospital have been chosen to investigate the status of their trust.To describe the level of doctor-patient trust and discuss the causes of crisis of doctor-patient trust.According to the research results,to make concrete suggestions for the rehabilitation of doctors and patients trust.Methods Through the literature review and expert consultative method to select the required scale;using SPSS & AMOS statistical software to test the reliability and validity of the scale;using T test and variance analysis and Logistic regression method to find out the different.Finding out the potential common factors that affect the trust by using factor analysis;Putting forward suggestions for the rehabilitation of doctors and patients based on the influencing factors.Result The Cronbach's ? coefficients of the doctor-patient scale are 0.918 and 0.939.The validity of the two scales was tested.Doctor confidence in patients calculated as Yd = 0.58Y1 + 0.18Y2.The score is 12.61 ± 7.341.The confidence of the patient to the doctor is calculated as Yp = 0.54Y3 + 0.11Y4 + 0.09Y5.The score is 11.86 ± 9.878.The potential public factors are communication and respect.The doctor's education and his department have a significant influence on the doctor's trust.The potential public factors are interpersonal communication,professional cooperation,economic,patient's age,medical expenses for the past year,and the cost of this visit.Conclusions 1)The reliability and validity of scale are better.The trust between doctors and patients is low.The doctor's trust to patients is lower than that of the patients without weight;2)Factors affecting the trust of doctors are respect,communication and doctor's degree and department.Factors affecting the trust of patients are communication,cooperation,economic,patient's age,nearly 1-year medical expenses,the treatment costs;3)In order to enhance the trust and build a harmonious relationship,four suggestions have been made. |
