Patient's trusting in the doctors has an important value for the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship,at the same time,it also has important significance on promoting the medical effect.Objective: Through empirical research, to understand the patients' general trust in the doctors group and patients' personal interpersonal trust in a doctor, to analyze the current situation of the two kinds of trust and the relationship between them, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures on the basis of this.Methods: Uusing self-made questionnaire investigation on the current situation in the patient's trust in the doctors' of 704 participants,on general trust in the the doctors group and the doctor personal interpersonal trust(except previous patients).The questionnaire is divided into two parts, one is the general trust the doctor group(9), for a single dimension, the reliability of alpha coefficient is 0.865;another part is the interpersonal trust the doctor individual(15), the reliability of alpha coefficient is 0.862, this part of the questionnaire has three dimensions, the trust to the character of doctor, the trust to the ability of doctor and patient preset trust.Both of them have good structure validity.Results: 1, outpatients, inpatients and previous general trust in doctors groups, the overall mean value of 3.53, slightly higher than the average of 3 points, in the place of residence, disease type does not exist significant differences on variables, such as in patients with gender, age, type, education, occupation, medical treatment charge payment, economic level, frequency of contact with the doctor, treatment satisfaction on significant difference;2,outpatients and inpatients of doctors' personal interpersonal trust overall mean value of 3.66, higher than the average level of 3 points, in the average level.Content mainly includes the trust in the doctor character and trust and confidence in the ability of the doctor and the patient's own default trust.Trust higher performance in confidence in the ability of the doctor.Overall, personal interpersonal trust to the doctor in the gender, place of residence, economic conditions, disease type does not exist significant differences on variables, such as in patients with type, age, education, occupation, medical treatment charge payment, frequency of contact with the doctor and patient satisfaction on exist significant difference;3,The general trust and go doctors group and patient satisfaction can significantly predict patients personal interpersonal trust. The interpersonal trust in the doctor personal is slightly higher than the general trust in the doctors group.To build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, strengthen the doctor-patient trust, patient should reasonably anticipated to treatment effect, improve their self-cultivation, and timely make psychological intervention in patients with serious illness in hospital.Doctors should also actively innovate the form of doctor-patient communication,pay attention to the management of occupational stress and improve the level of medical technology.
