| As our living standard improving, people paying more attention to their health. But there is more and more medical disputes, because our medical system isn’t perfect. For this reason, the doctor-patient relationship becoming a hot social topic, doctor-patient communication and satisfaction is also becoming hot academic research. Doctor-patient trust research has began 1960s in abroad, over a half century development, scholars had gradually developed mature Doctor-patient Trust Scale. This scale accorded with the present medical situation of foreign country. But the research was lated in our country and it payed a lot attention to introduct the abroad scale, ignoring it whether adaptting our medical situation. In addition, the patients’ trust is giving too much attention because the general recognize the patient as the disadvantaged, ignoring the doctors’turst. Even in abroad, the earliest studied of doctors’turst was in 2011, domestic research even less. Based on the KunHua hospital in Yunnan province, we expect to develop the Doctor-patient Trust Scale,which be in accordance with our present medical situation, find out the influence factors of affecting doctor-patient trust, explore the different between the doctors’turst and patients’turst.Based on the translation of translation methods, we were referenced foreign mature doctor-patient trust scale and interviewed with experts, doctors, patients to delete and correct the scale item. According to the revised scale, we extracted 5 departments to carry on the preliminary investigation and revised the scale again from scale item、reliability、validity. Applicating of the revised doctor-patient trust scale, we selected 11 departments to do official investigation. Using of factor analysis, we finded out the influence factors of doctor-patient trust and estimated the doctors’trust and patients’trust. Then we setted up single-factor and multi-factor regression model to find out which individual characteristics could influence the doctor-patient trust.According to the study, the doctor-patient trust scale which revised by experts and preliminary investigation has high reliability and good validity; doctor-patient trust each other in KunHua hospital, but the patients’trust higher than doctors’trust; the communication and respect could influence doctors’trust; vocational ability(communication、service、technical、 honesty、 care、 competence、 fidelity、 fairness、global trust could influence patients’trust; the doctor’s education degree could affect the doctor’s trust, and the doctors’trust was falling down with the education degree incresing; patients’gender、income、education degree、type of work have negatively related with patients’trust, but patients whether live in hospital or not、age、marital status、home address have positived related with patients’trust.Though the empirical research, we developed the doctor-patient trust scale which is accord with the reality of our meidical stiuation and focused on discussing the doctors’trust, which making up the inadequacy of focusing on patients’trust. Our study can provide some reference value for the medical ethics. But KunHua hospital is the big public hosipiatal, which has visibility and authority among the patients, our subjects are also put more attention on hospitalized patients. If using this conclusion to research the small public hospitals、private hospitals、outpatients, it should be more cautious.Finally, through putting forward establishing doctor-patient communication mechanism, breaking the doctor-patient information gap; setting up the doctors’care consciousness, making doctor-patient paychological gap closer; strengthening the doctor loyalty management, reassuring patients’doubt; setting up a fair medical system, realizing the equality of the health service; improving the patients’quality, safeguarding the doctors’rights and interests. This research can provide advice to hospital decision-maker to alleviate the doctor-patient tension and build a harmonious medical environment. |
