Trust is the core of establishing a good relationship between doctors and patients,and the distrust between doctors and patients is the main reason for the escalation of the conflict between doctors and patients.In today's medical environment,how to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and resolve the doctor-patient trust crisis has become an urgent social problem to be solved.Objective: Based on the empirical study,this paper aims to understand the current situation of trust between the two groups and the factors that affect the trust between the two groups,and proposes corresponding improvement measures.Methods: Doctors' trust: the total value of trust was 34.67±5.01,which was relatively low.Univariate analysis results showed that different ages(P=6.906),professional titles(P=6.901),working years(P=7.716)and medical disputes(P=2.524)were related,and there were differences in the overall trust of patients(P<0.05).Multi-factor analysis results show that,in terms of the total score of trust,doctors with longer working years have higher trust on patients(P=0.021,OR=2.062).Doctors without medical disputes have higher trust in patients(P=0.025,OR=0.504).In terms of patients' trust,the total value of trust was 31.80±4.05,lower than that of doctors' trust.Univariate analysis results showed that patients of different ages(P=0.030),housing status(P=0.015)and employment status(P=0.004)had different overall trust in doctors(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that patients with better health status had higher trust in doctors(P=0.018,OR=1.068).Results: The questionnaire results of doctors' trust showed that the average score of trust was 34.67±5.01,which was relatively low.Univariate analysis results showed that different ages(P=6.906),professional titles(P=6.901),working years(P=7.716)and medical disputes(P=2.524)were related,and there were differences in the overall trust of patients(P<0.05).Multi-factor analysis results show that,in terms of the total score of trust,doctors with longer working years have higher trust on patients(P=0.021,OR=2.062).Doctors without medical disputes have higher trust in patients(P=0.025,OR=0.504).Conclusion: Affiliated hospitals of independent medical colleges have low trust between doctors and patients,and patients' trust in doctors is lower than doctors' trust in patients.The respect degree,communication degree and cognitive difference between doctors and patients are the important factors that affect the trust of doctors and patients.To break the information gap between doctors and patients by establishing a good communication mechanism between doctors and patients in affiliated hospitals of independent medical colleges and universities;to strengthen the vocational training of medical staff in affiliated hospitals of independent medical colleges and universities;to strengthen the construction of humanistic care in affiliated hospitals of independent medical colleges and universities;and to strengthen doctors and patients in affiliated hospitals of independent medical colleges and universities.Construction of communication system,etc.
