Objective:1.This study through the self-designed questionnaire and investigation,the nursing college of nursing undergraduates in a university in Shanxi Province,and disaster rescue ability level,understanding of nursing undergraduates disasters in Shanxi Province cognition,skill,ability present situation and the demand for nursing disasters,offer courses in "disaster nursing training reference;2.Try to use bloom education target classification theory to guide the nursing undergraduates "disaster nursing" course,the index system of disaster rescue training for nursing students is divided into cognitive,skill and ability to three areas of disaster rescue.Promote the refinement of education target,pay attention to the cultivation of students' good cognition,and improve the disaster rescue ability of nursing undergraduates;3.Apply the training program to the undergraduate nursing students and discuss its application effect.Methods:1.The investigation and study,using the cluster sampling method in 3-5,2017 in Shanxi Province of grade 2013 nursing students of a university 2013 present situation investigation,with homemade "questionnaire of undergraduate nursing students disaster rescue ability" as the investigation tool,understand undergraduate nursing students disaster nursing care and analyze the problems of reason;2.Intervention study,adopts the principle of voluntary and informed consent in students,on the basis of selecting volunteered for the research and training of a 70 grade 2013 college nursing students in Shanxi Province in June 2017 as the research object for a 1 month intervention study for disaster rescue ability,according to the random number table method divided into trial group and control group each 35.Thetraining scheme of the experimental group is based on the training under the guidance of the classification theory of Bloom education,and education targets are more specific.The training program of the control group is the traditional routine method teaching,namely,teacher's teaching and students' practice.The teachers,content and hours of the two groups of students are the same.Uses the Chinese version of the general self-efficacy scale,the nursing students' autonomous learning ability evaluation questionnaire,analysis and examination paper investigation,respectively when teaching over 1 week to use the scale effect analysis and evaluation.Results:1.Formulated the questionnaire on disaster rescue ability of undergraduate nursing students,and conducted the test of reliability and validity of the questionnaire.(1)reliability analysis: questionnaires and three sub-questionnaires(cognition,skills,and ability)are both highly reliable.The total clonal Bach coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.951,and the clonbach coefficient of 3 dimensions was0.892,0.916 and 0.866,with good internal consistency.The total gutman index is 0.851,and the three-dimension gutman index is 0.813,0.874 and 0.806.(2)the validity of analysis: content validity,the questionnaire every purpose CVI value of 0.726 ~ 1.0,the entire questionnaire and cognitive,skill and ability to all three child questionnaire items of CVI average of 0.937,0.893,0.986,0.924,respectively.Structure validity: exploratory factor analysis,using principal component analysis,extracting the common factor of the characteristic value greater than 1,and making the maximum orthogonal rotation of variance,taking the factor load as equal to 0.3 as the inclusion criteria of the entry.Six common factors were extracted by the principal component,and the factors of the correlation matrix were listed by the orthogonal rotation of variance maximization.Validity is also high,believable.2.Analysis of survey results and influencing factors.(1)the score of disaster rescue ability of nursing undergraduates in a university in Shanxi Province(3.89±0.59),the total score of this study was 5,which was at a moderate level.Students have a high demand for disaster relief training courses,accounting for 84.42 percent of students who want to open the course.Nursingundergraduates in disaster rescue ability of each dimension score from high to low are:skill score:(4.14±0.18),cognitive(3.84±0.11)points,ability score(3.63±0.44),the skills to master the best,cognitive second,ability to grasp the worst.(2)There was no difference between the sexes;There are differences in the skills and abilities of the students,and the skills and abilities of urban students are higher than those of rural students.The cognition and skills of the only child were higher than that of the only child,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).The students who participated in the campus safety emergency drills organized by the school had higher scores than those who did not participate in the emergency drill,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).The cognition,skills and abilities of the students who participated in the disaster site rescue were higher than those who did not participate in the disaster site rescue,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).The cognition and skills of the students who participated in the disaster rescue training course were lower than those who had not participated in the disaster rescue training course,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).3.The disaster rescue training program was developed.Based on the guidance of Bloom education target classification theory,the disaster rescue training program was developed based on the outline of the disaster nursing science(Li Xiuhua edition)and the expert opinions.4.Intervention results There was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p < 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.The general self-efficacy of the two groups before the training and the baseline survey of independent learning ability were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(p<0.05),and the two groups were comparable.After the training,the test scores of the disaster ambulance training course for nursing undergraduates were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05),and the test score was higher than that of the control group.Comparison of self-efficacy: the score of the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference wasstatistically significant(p < 0.05).Ability of autonomic learning ability of autonomic learning in comparison: test group all dimensions(learning motivation,self management ability,cooperation ability,information quality)and total score were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The disaster nursing ability of nursing undergraduates in a college in Shanxi Province is at a moderate level.It is necessary to open disaster nursing courses;2.The disaster nursing course helps to improve the disaster rescue ability and general self-efficacy and self-learning ability of nursing undergraduates;3.The training under the guidance of Bloom education classification theory can better cultivate the independent learning ability and general self-efficacy of nursing undergraduates,which can help improve the teaching effect.
