China is a country with frequent natural disasters.After the disaster,fighting for rescue time is the first priority to save the lives of the injured in the disaster area.Aviation medical rescue is fast,efficient,and limited by space,and has become the most effective rescue method in the world.At present,China's aviation medical rescue is still in its infancy,its operation mechanism is not perfect,and the rescue process is not standardized.In-depth study of the post-disaster aviation medical rescue process is helpful to assist emergency decision makers and related rescue personnel in grasping the overall rescue process,and has great significance for establishing a scientific and efficient aviation medical rescue operation mechanism.Based on the related theory of Petri nets,in view of the timeliness of aviation medical rescue after the disaster,a random Petri net with time parameters is selected for modeling and analysis.First of all,the connotation,operation mode and rescue configuration of China's aviation medical rescue are summarized.Combined with the characteristics of aviation medical rescue after the disaster,the post-disaster aviation medical rescue process is researched from the perspective of information processing.The emergency response,on-site rescue process and post-treatment process are three stages,and the process of each stage is described in detail.Then the stochastic Petri net is used to model the post-disaster aviation medical rescue process,and the model is simplified according to the principle of stochastic Petri net performance simplification to reduce the complexity of the model.Finally,the Jiuzhaigou earthquake is used as a case background to analyze the case,and a post-earthquake medical rescue process model based on stochastic Petri nets is established to analyze the effectiveness and quantitative performance of the post-earthquake medical rescue process model.The analysis results show that the pre-flight preparation of aviation companies and medical institutions,the deployment of rescue personnel and rescue resources,and the formulation and approval of flight plans during the post-disaster aviation medical rescue are the key to process optimization.During the aviation medical rescue process,the general aviation companies and medical institutions with a short rescue radius should be reasonably selected to reduce the rescue flight time.The general aviation companies andmedical institutions should standardize the rescue process,optimize the rescue plan,and improve the response capacity for emergency rescue.This improves the overall efficiency of aviation medical rescue,and strives for valuable treatment time for the wounded in the disaster area.
