ObjectiveTo shed light on reaction attitudes and knowledge command level by nursing undergraduates in relation to Disaster rescue theme, and to probe into possibility which involves setting up a systematic training scheme for nursing undergraduates in the hope of enhancing their awareness of disaster rescue and in the meantime leveling up their relative skills of core disaster rescue.MethodsBased on questionnaire conducted over nursing undergraduates in our college, relative information could be obtained as to their knowledge commanding level, skills acquisition and attitudes on disaster rescue theme, combined with theoretical analysis and experts enquiry method which could help to build up core capability scheme table of disaster rescue. Further training content, length of study, testing standards, all have to do with this scheme table. In the end, a systematic training scheme is stipulated therefore.Taking for instance 4 classes of 2013 totaling 202 students, drawing on the even and odds numbered method sorting out two lines, one made of 100 students and the other 102 ones, we utilize experimental researching method, comparing the difference in between, the experimental line of 100 students bearing subjective interference, while the compared line of 102 students free of subjective interference.ResultsJust as per questionnaire outcome to their disaster rescue attitudes shows, the overwhelming majority of students held a unanimous agreement to necessity of acquiring disaster rescue knowledge, and showed a strong desire to learn corresponding disaster rescue skills at school. Before any training was conducted among those 2 squads for experiment, their commanding level of disaster rescue knowledge is more or less the same, while after training, the experimental squad did better than the compared squid obviously(P< 0.05), and what's more, the experimental squid's academic performance of core disaster rescue was much better than before. (P< 0.05).ConclusionsBy means of setting up disaster rescue training scheme, we conduct systematic training on nursing undergraduates in our college, capable of meeting their study request upon disaster rescue skills and knowledge, In the meantime, their corresponding awareness could be enhanced to better deal with disaster rescue, conspicuously reinforcing knowledge and skills of core disaster rescue for nursing undergraduates at our school.
