Research On The Development Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Hefei Citizens' Autistic Children Rehabilitation Institutions

Autism is a mental disorder that seriously endangers the physical and mental health of children,and patients lack the ability to survive independently.For autism,there is currently no effective medical treatment method,which mainly relies on long-term,lifelong rehabilitation training and education.According to relevant data,there are more than 2 million autistic children aged 0-14 in China,and there is an increasing trend in recent years.The issue of rehabilitation training and education for autistic children and its prominent social problems are not only related to the happiness of families,but also to the stability and harmony of the country and society.In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the rehabilitation of autistic children,and introduced a series of laws and regulations to protect the right to education of autistic children and reduce the economic and parental burden of autistic families.The demand for rehabilitation training for autistic children is constantly increasing,and public autistic rehabilitation institutions cannot meet the rehabilitation needs of autistic children.With the support of national policies,private rehabilitation institutions have flourished and have become China's autistic children.An important part of rehabilitation.Therefore,this article takes Hefei's civilian-run children's autism rehabilitation institutions as the research object,and further explores the current status of the operation of private institutions to better promote the development of the rehabilitation industry.The author selects four private rehabilitation institutions as the case study,and through the combination of field observation,questionnaire survey and interview,understands the actual development of private institutions.This paper introduces the development scale,site arrangement,teaching mode,faculty team and founder's personal information of these four institutions,and then summarizes the operation characteristics of private rehabilitation institutions in hefei.The autism rehabilitation industry has a preliminary system,but it is still lacking in the qualification of practitioners,teaching content,training and other aspects.The problem of institutional identity needs to be solved,the supervision and management mechanism is not perfect,and the teachers are lack of professionalism.Secondly,this paper analyzes the difficulties encountered by non-governmental forces in the development process from four aspects: institution,industry,society and country,combines micro and macro,and explores the problems in depth.Then put forward the development of targeted countermeasures: the level of institutions,strengthen the management of teachers and teaching,improve the current situation of enrollment,through "self-hematopoietic" to achieve good operation.At the industry level,the construction of autistic talent team should be strengthened,and the connection and cooperation between institutions should be strengthened.At the social level,we should create a friendly and inclusive social atmosphere,mobilize the enthusiasm of the public and corporate donations,and give full play to the role of communities in serving residents and improving their happiness in life.At the national level,the government should strengthen the system construction,improve the supervision and management system of the private rehabilitation institutions,increase the capital input,foster good survival soil for the private institutions,and effectively solve the existing problems of the private rehabilitation institutions for autistic children through various efforts.
