Objective: To observe the earpins to joint the party stop the clinical curative effect of treatment of children with TS verify the auricular application press fit safety effectiveness of oral Chinese medicine treatment of tourette syndrome in children and play this kind of treatment with TCM characteristics and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.By YGTSS and TCM syndrome integral table observation of children with infantile tourette syndrome twitch of before and after treatment,evaluation of application of auricular application press fit the clinical curative effect of oral Chinese medicine treatment of children with tourette syndrome.Methods: Total of TS 96 cases which were collected from 2016 Dec.to 2017 Dec.at Baoding First Chinese Med Hospital,had divided into 3 groups as 30 pediatric clinic patients each by simple randomized controlled method,6 cases of the were peeled off during the treatment process.reatment process remaining 90 cases,therefore,will be 90 cases were treated by simple randomized controlled method,divided into three groups,30 cases in each group.The first group was treated with oral acupuncture combined with oral Chinese medicine,the second group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,the third group was treated with Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets.The treatment period was 3 months.At the end of the treatment,the three groups were evaluated before and after treatment by using the YGTSS and the TCM syndrome table.During the whole treatment period,the children were observed to have adverse reactions.Results: 1.The Yale comprehensive twitch severity rating scale: the effective rate was 93.33% in the first group,the second group total effective rate was 80%,the third group total effective rate was 73.33%,p = 0.000(p < 0.01),there was statistically significant difference,from Yale comprehensive twitch severity rating scale analysis.Three groups of contrast,with the first set of efficient is higher than other two groups.2.List of syndromes scores: the first group effective rate was 96.67%,the effective rate was 83.33%,the second group,the third group total effective rate was 70%,(p = 0.035)(p < 0.05),with significant difference,compared the three groups have statistical significance,from the Chinese medicine symptom integral analysis,the effectiveness of treatment group is significantly higher than the other two group.3.After two groups of treatment,YGTSS score and TCM syndrome score were compared with test(p< 0.05),the difference was statistically significant,and the treatment group was better than the other two groups.Conclusion: Through the clinical trials,earpins to joint the party stop the clinical curative effect of treatment of children with tourette syndrome is higher than the pure oral and Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets from retaining efficacy,can obviously improve the clinical symptoms.
