Auricular Application Pressure Technology In Patients With High Blood Pressure In The Morning Peak Instant And Long-term Antihypertensive Depressurization Effect Analysis

Objective:Preliminary discussion on auricular application pressure technologycombined valsartan amlodipine on morning peak phenomenon of blood pressure and bloodpressure in patients with hypertension intervention effect.Methods: Will be included in the standard of60cases were randomly divided intocontrol group30cases of patients with essential hypertension (eh) and treatment group30cases. The control group given antihypertension drugs such as high blood pressure level1:amlodipine5mg Qd; High blood pressure level2,3: valsartan amlodipine1piece ofQd.Experimental group give ear bean combination of antihypertensive drug treatment, twogroups were observed4weeks. Observed two groups of patients with post press pressureambulatory blood pressure before and after, after each time the blood pressure, clinicalsymptoms, signs and other indicators of changes.Result: Experimental group systolic pressure instantly,10min and posts beforepressure by t test, P <0.01, with very significant difference;30min,60min afterexamination in systolic blood pressure stick pressure compared with stick pressure beforethe t test, P <0.05, with significant difference; Group diastolic pressure on immediate,10min,30min before and post pressure, compares t test, P <0.05, with significant difference.Put pressure in the two groups after morning peak systolic blood pressure to compare the ttest, P>0.05, have no significant difference. Put pressure in the two groups after morningof diastolic peak compared by t test, P>0.05, have no significant difference.Conclusion:Ear bean has obvious antihypertensive effects immediately, within eachobservation time point for15min after the pressure antihypertensive effect is best, stick toantihypertensive effect while pressure after6omin,90min after the stick pressure step-down effect is not obvious. Ear beans for essential hypertension have certain instantantihypertensive effect. Ear beans with valsartan amlodipine intervention morning peakphenomenon is relatively simple to take blood pressure valsartan amlodipine therapy hasno obvious advantage. That ear bean has a certain advantage in step-down, but need tofurther study, in order to get the clinical promotion.
