Objectives To explore the present situation and influencing factors of mental resilience of postoperative patients with brain glioma.Methods Conducting questionnaire survey on the 281 cases of postoperative patients with brain glioma in Tangshan Workers' Hospital and Tangshan People's Hospital(October 2016~September 2017)with CD-RISC,general information questionnaire,MDASI,self-efficacy,social support,MCMQ.For patients who fit the criteria,The researchers gave questionnaires to patients and instructed them when their vital signs were stable,explain the purpose of this study,after informed consent,explain the requirement of filling questionnaire,fill in by patients themselves.For patients who can't be filled out for various reasons,the researcher will read the questionnaire to them and fill in the information according to the patient's opinion,but do not use the implied language.The questionnaire was filled in on the spot and recovered on the spot.A total of 281 questionnaires were issued and 281 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the effective recovery rate was 100%.All data are built using Excel software,Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS22.0 statistical software.Single factor analysis were analyzed by t test and variance,the relationship between coping style,symptom burden and mental resilience was analyzed by Pearson correlation.A multivariate linear regression analysis was performed for variables with statistical significance.The test level of P<0.05 was adopted.Results 1 The mental resilience's score of postoperative patients with brain glioma was 49.6±16.6(Full score:100marks).2Single factor analysis results showed that:age,payment method,family income,payment method,disease stage,whether the first onset,chronic disease,self-efficacy,social support affect the mental resilience of patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 Patients facing the coping and resilience scores were positively correlated,,the yield response to negative correlation with resilience score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The intensity of symptoms,the difficulty of symptoms and the psychological resilience score were negatively correlated,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Among them,Pain,fatigue,distress,sadness,weakness,epilepsy,general activity,mood,relationship with others,walking,and enjoyment of life were negatively correlated with patients' mental resilience scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Multiple factors analysis:Low family income,high disease stage,low self-efficacy,facing the coping,the yield response to coping,high symptom intensity,severe symptoms,pain,fatigue,poor relationship with other people,and life less fun are the main influencing factors of mental resilience.Conclusions 1 The mental resilience's level was low.2 The main influence factors of postoperative patients with brain glioma are age,payment method,family income,disease stage,self-efficacy,facing the coping,the yield response to coping,social support,the strength of symptoms,symptom distress,pain,relationship with others,life fun.
