Objective:The psychological resilience, mental health, social support and coping style of clinicians in a classified 3A hospital in Shenyang were investigated,to evaluate the resilience of clinicians, and to study the related factors of resilience, and its relationship with mental health, social support and coping styles. At the same time,it puts forward reasonable suggestions to the hospital management on promoting the clinicians' psychological resilience, which provides the theoretical basis for the managers to strengthen the clinicians' psychological resilience and compressive ability and make relevant interventions. Methods:Extensive access to psychological flexibility, mental health and other aspects of the literature, for the study to provide theoretical reference and basis.CD-RISC,SSRS,SCSQ and GHQ-20 four scales were used as survey tools.Stratified random sampling method was adopted to investigate the clinicians in a 3A hospital in Shenyang.420 questionnaires were issued and 400 valid questionnaires were collected.Using Epidata3.0 to double input data to build database, using SPSS20.0 for statistical analysis of data.Descriptive statistics are used for the general data of respondents.Independent t-test or variance analysis was performed on the psychosocial elasticity of clinicians of different ages, sexes, titles, etc. The relationship between psychological resilience, mental health, coping style with correlation analysis. The factors influencing the psychological elasticity of clinicians were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.Resilience score and its related influential factors: The results showed that the average score of mental health of the clinicians was(66.35 ± 12.36),slightly higher than the domestic norm(65.4 ± 13.9).Among them, the average score of tenacity was(32.24 ± 7.05),the average score of strength was(23.04 ± 4.49),and the average score for optimism was(10.07 ± 2.40).And the single factor analysis found that there are significant gender differences in psychological resilience score and clinician hardiness scores on these two dimensions(t=2.063,2.019,P<0.05);There are significant differences in different title clinicians resilience score and three dimension scores(F=4.664,4.700,3.463,4.170,P<0.05);there was statistical significance in different departments of clinicians differences in resilience score and strength dimension scores(F=2.597,2.657,P<0.05),and through correlation analysis,we find that the Department is related to resilience and its dimensions. There are significant differences in the stress level of different clinicians resilience score and three dimension scores(F=6.722,3.937,7.439,6.411,P<0.05),and degree of stress and its dimensions associated with resilience. And through the correlation analysis,we can see that the degree of stress, department and gender are the factors influencing resilience.2.Mental health, social support and coping styles score: In the survey of 400 clinicians, the average score for mental health scores was(7.29 ± 2.32),the self-affirmative mean score was(4.64 ± 1.56),and the average score of anxiety was(1.09 ± 1.43),the average score of melancholy is(1.56 ± 0.90).In social support, the average score of social support was(38.07 ± 8.19),the average score of objective support was(9.05 ± 3.11),the average score of subjective support was(21.02 ± 5.44),and the average score of support was(8.00 ± 1.97).On the coping style, the average score for the coping style was(37.51 ± 7.88),the average score for positive coping was(26.40 ± 5.49),and the average score for negative coping was(11.11 ± 4.94).3.The relationship between resilience and mental health, social support and coping style: The scores of self-affirmation were positively related to the dimensions of resilience, and depression and anxiety were negatively related to the dimensions of resilience.Social support dimensions were positively related to resilience. The relationship between coping style and psychological resilience score of clinician scores, was positively correlated with positive coping and resiliency and each dimension, negatively correlated with negative coping and resiliency and each dimension, positively related to coping style and mental flexibility and dimensions.4.The influence of mental health, social support and coping style on resilience: Positive coping,self-affirmation,coping style and subjective support are the influencing factors of resilience.Among them, positive coping,self-affirmation and subjective support have positive effects on resilience, and coping styles have negative effects on resilience. Conclusions:In all,the psychological resilience of clinicians in this hospital is superior to that of the national norm, and the overall resilience level is at a moderate level. The scores of psychological resilience between clinicians and gender, departments and titles were statistically significant, and the level of resilience was related to mental health, social support and coping style. Therefore, clinicians should recognize their own psychological pressure, through the hospital to carry out mental health education and counseling, alleviate the psychological burden of doctors, clinicians to increase social support, strengthen the humanistic management for clinicians, improve their mental health, and guide doctors to improve the level of resilience.
