Objective:By analyzing and comparing the effect of minimally invasive rotary resection and traditional operation in the treatment of mastitis to investigate the clinical value of minimally invasive excision in the treatment of mastitisMethods:We retrospectively analyzed 113 cases of mastitis patients who received surgery in our hospital from August 2015 to November 2017 were divided into two groups according to the operation methods.Group A:62 cases who were treated by minimally invasive rotary resection.Group B:59 cases who were treated by traditional operation.Using statistical method to compare the related surgical parameters(operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume)and postoperative scar length, healing time, postoperative dressing times, complication rate, recurrence rate, postoperative pain visual analogue score, postoperative psychological satisfaction and cosmetic effect between the two groups.Among them,t-test is used for measuring data and chi-square test is used for counting data. Results:The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, scar length, healing time, complication rate, postoperative dressing change times, complication rate, postoperative pain visual analogue score, postoperative psychological satisfaction and cosmetic effect in group A were better than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate of group A and B after operation.Conclusions:1.For treating mastitis, minimally invasive rotary surgery has characteristics of short operation time, less bleeding, minimal invasion, quick postoperative recovery, less times of dressing change, good cosmetic effects, few complications and high patients'postoperative satisfaction, meanwhile,It will reduce the workload of doctors and deserve further clinical application.2.Surgical treatment is still the most effective treatment for mastitis in women.Combined with the actual condition of the patients, minimally invasive rotary resection is better than traditional surgical treatment when both operative methods are applicable.
