Objective: To evaluate the value of EnC o r vacuum assisted minimally invasive rotary cutting system in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of benign breast masses.Methods: 55 cases were treated with the ultrasound guided EnCor minimally invasive surgery from September 2016 to January 2018.Whereas,51 cases received the traditional surgery in the control group.Then,operation time,incision length,healing time,bleeding volume during operation,hematoma after operation,lesions residue,surgical scar were observed and compared.Results: In comparison with the control group,the research group had shorter operation time,healing time of incision and incision length,and lower bleeding volume during operation(all P < 0.05).The incidence of complications was9.1% in the research group,but 13.7% in the control group(P < 0.05).After three months,No tumor residual and recurrence were found in the postoperative ultrasound examination,most patients were satisfied with the effect of the operation.Conclusion: EnCor vacuum assisted breast minimally invasive rotary cutting system is accurate in locating breast masses with the help of ultrasound.It is a safe and effective cosmetic procedure for patients with untouchable lesions and multiple lumps of breast.
