Objective:Hepatic hemangioma is a common clinical benign liver tumor, most of the pathological type of cavernous hemangioma. With the development of conventional physical examination in recent years and the development of medical imaging, the detection rate of hepatic hemangioma increased year by year, and its treatment in the indications, methods and methods, healthy economics and other aspects are still controversial. To collect the clinical data of patients with hepatic hemangioma from 2011 to 2015,combined with the latest literature to summarize and compare the therapeutic effect of interventional embolization and minimally invasive surgery of hepatic hemangioma, deepen the understanding of hepatic hemangioma treatment.Hope to find a more reasonable treatment. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 97 patients with hepatic cavernous hemangioma who were hospitalized at the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January 2011 to December 2015.Thirty-four patients underwent minimally invasive surgery and 63 patients underwent hepatic artery intervention Embolization. The clinical characteristics of gender, age, body weight, tumor size, number, location, and clinical symptoms of the two treatment regimens were statistically analyzed. To observe the characteristics of the two groups of treatment, surgical indications, treatment, hospital stay, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, treatment costs, postoperative complications, recurrence and other indicators of the characteristics of liver hemangioma to explore a reasonable treatment. Results:In this paper,97 patients were selected and all patients were discharged after treatment.1,In the intervention group, the operative time, postoperative hospital stay time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative short-term curative effect were superior to those of minimally invasive surgery. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2,intervention group was higher than the operation group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3,After interventional therapy, the recurrence rate of giant hemangioma was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1,Minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of hepatic hemangioma, the risk of recurrence is low,can be used as the preferred method of treatment, interventional embolization treatment of small trauma, quick recovery, but a higher recurrence rate.2,Patients with massive hemangioma in patients with larger hemangioma may be more likely to relapse after interventional therapy.
