Objective:To investigatecorrelation of theserum creatine kinase(CK)with blood pressure and blood pressure variability(BPV)in essential hypertensives,and to provide new ideas and theoretical foundations for finding new targets in hypertensive therapy.Methods:According to inclusion standards and exclusion standards we selected the hypertensive group which including 137 patients as the hypertensive group and 138 adults who had the normal blood pressure as the control group.These patients were collected in the first hospital of Changsha from March 2016 to March 2018.The gender,age and body mass index(BMI)in the hypertensive group similar to these in the control group.Compared basic data,CK level and dynamic blood pressure parameters(which include blood pressure and blood pressure standard(SD))in this two groups.The relationship between CK and BPV was analyzed by Pearson correlation,and used multiple linear application analysis analyzed the influencing factors of BPV.Results:(1)There was no statistical difference between the hypertensive group and the control group which including gender,age,body mass index(BMI),creation kinase MB(CK-MB),cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)?low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and nighttime diastolic blood pressure standard deviation(n DBPSD)(P?0.05).The CK,uric acid(UA),24 hours mean arterial blood pressure(24h MABP),24 hours mean systolic blood pressure(24h MSBP),24 hours mean diastolic blood pressure(24h MDBP),24 hours mean systolic blood pressure standard deviation(24h MSBPSD),24 hours mean diastolic blood pressure standard deviation(24h MDBPSD),daytime mean systolic blood pressure(d MSBP),daytime mean diastolic blood pressure(d MDBP),daytime systolic blood pressure standard deviation(d S B P S D),d a y t i m e d i a s t o l i c b l o o d p r e s s u r e s t a n d a r d d e v i a t i o n(d D B P S D),n i g h t t i m e m e a n s y s t o l i c b l o o d p r e s s u r e(n MSBP),nighttime mean diastolic blood pressure(n MDBP),nighttime systolic blood pressure standard deviation(n SBPSD)in hypertensive group were higher than that in the normal control group(P<0.05).(2)The level of CK i s p o s i t i v e l y c o r r e l a t e d with24 h MABP,24 h MSBP,24 h MDBP,24 h SBPSD,d MSBP,d SBPSD,d DBPSD,n MSBP and UA inhypertensive group(r,respectively,0.186?0.193?0.171?0.181?0.169?0.218?0.168?0.172?0.196,P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between 24 h MSBP,d MSBP and uric acid in the control group(r,r e s p e c t i v e l y,0.2 0 1 ? 0.2 2 0 ? 0.2 5 3,P < 0.0 5).(3)U s e d 24 h SBPSD,24 h DBPSD,d SBPSD,d DBPSD,n SBPSD and n DBPSD in hypertensive groupas the dependent variables,and the gender,age,BMI,CK,CK-MB,UA,TC,TG,HDL-Cand LDL-C as the self variables to do multiple linear regression analysis.The results show that in hypertensive group CK is t h e i n f l u e n c e f a c t o r o f 2 4 h S B P S D,2 4 h D B P S D,d S B P S D(P < 0.0 5).Conclusion:CK is associated with blood pressure and BPV,and it is a risk factor for BPV in patients with essential hypertension.It is possible that CK maybe participates the generation and development of blood pressure and BPV.
