Objective: The study is to build the positive psychological interventions based on PERMA model and to use them to promote the positive emotion of AIDS patients to overcome the mental crisis and to respond the disease positively.It also aimed to explore the feasibility of the positive psychology interventions used on the localization applications and to promote the quality of life,subjective happiness and copy style of AIDS patients.Methods: A total of 64 hospitalized patients in a Hospital AIDS ward in March 2016 ~2017 were randomly divided into 31 people in the intervention group and 33 in the control group.The control group was given eight consecutive interviews with health education.Eight consecutive positive psychological interviews were conducted on the intervention group around the happy PERMA model.The two groups were assessed by PANAS,IWB and WHOOL-HIV-BREF before intervention,after intervention and one month after intervention.Two groups of patients were evaluated before and after intervention by HAD and MCMQ.Results:(1)There were no significant differences in the positive rate,quality of life,happiness index,hospital anxiety and depression,and the baseline score of medical coping style between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)In addition to physical and environment in the field of quality of life,there are statistically significant main effects of positive rate,index of quality of life in other dimensions and happiness intervention(P<0.05),the positive rate,each dimension of quality of life and happiness index score time main effects were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the intervention a month after the intervention,the positive rate index showed significant differences in quality of life and happiness index(P<0.05),there were statistically significant differences in different periods of positive rate,the intervention group patients' quality of life and well-being(P<0.05).(3)There were statistically significant differences between the two groups of anxiety and depression scores and medical coping styles after intervention(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of anxiety,depression and coping styles between the intervention group before and after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions: The positive psychological intervention scheme based on the PERMA model is preliminarily constructed,and the positive psychological intervention based on the well-being PERMA model can improve the positive emotion,the quality of life and the subjective well-being of the AIDS inpatients,alleviate the anxiety and depression of the AIDS inpatients and help the AIDS patients to respond to the disease actively,improve the patient's coping style.
